ABOUT

Jeremy comes from a Russian-American family from Brighton Beach, New York City. His family having strong ties to the United States Army, he was sent to Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, Virginia, where he excelled. After that he attended USMA West Point, where he flunked out in half a year, realizing that pursuing a career in the army wasn’t at all what he wanted to do with his life. Upon moving back home and the judgment from his family that ensued, Jeremy quickly became a shut-in, hardly ever leaving his bedroom. To pass the time he developed an interest in online gaming, utilizing his strategy skills in various MMOs. He began to make a name as for himself as in the gaming community as TheGeneral, a tongue-in-cheek dig at himself. He was commonly referred to as “the guy who never sleeps”. Having become completely addicted to MMOs, this description was apt.

One night he receives an encrypted message that invites him to join a “prestigious organization” for a job. Continuously frustrated at his family’s judgment over having left school and not having a job, he decides to take the opportunity if only to get them off his back for a while. Aside from gaming, Jeremy had grown increasingly apathetic and depressed, so taking this offer was really a last-ditch effort. Upon arriving at the agreed meeting place, Jeremy is greeted by a man only a few years older than him and taken to a warehouse. Inside, several people appeared to have made it their home. It’s very clean and everyone seems to be hard at work preparing for something. The man pours him a drink and sits Jeremy down to explain their organization and what it does when he begins to feel increasingly dizzy. Becoming wary of his situation, he stands up and immediately collapses.

When he awakens, Jeremy realizes that he’s been tied up. Writhing on the floor, he cries out, realizing he’s surrounded on all sides by people. It’s explained that he was more than qualified for the job and that he’ll be starting today. Once they start chanting and Jeremy surveys his surroundings, he realizes he’s stumbled into a cult. They had been stalking him for quite some time, having needed a representation of a wasteful life to complete their sacrificial ritual. Jeremy is stabbed multiple times and his lungs fill with blood, dying within several agonizing minutes.

Because he was sacrificed by a Satanic Cult, rather than simply dying, Jeremy’s soul is cast into Hell. He becomes Satan’s property and is sentenced to working for him for eternity. His new body is that of a demon’s, initially shocking him and taking him some time to get used to even if he didn’t really change in size. Being part of the lowest rung in demon society, he isn’t gifted with an infernal name and he is given an entry-level position as a census recorder for demonic beings on Earth. He hates being in Hell, so being able to come back to Earth is a welcome assignment.

Though because he was a sacrifice, his eternal punishment is a constant gnawing hunger that overwhelms his body. He comes to crave flesh, blood and even semen from other demons and demonic creatures to sate himself, becoming thoroughly caught up in the hunt to constantly feed himself. While he had never had a partner in his human life outside of giving a few hand jobs at boarding school, he goes on various escapades and offers up his body to anyone or anything that takes an interest. Because Jeremy is bound to Satan for eternity he cannot die, leaving any damage taken to his body to slowly regenerate. He discovers this when the monsters he fucks inevitably try to eat him, often succeeding in taking our sizable chunks of his flesh and organs. While it’s is unbearable at first, it eventually becomes a feeling he takes pleasure in, his pain receptors having been completely fried.

He continues his use of the moniker “The General” while working on Earth, finding it hard to be taken seriously while being called Jeremy. He mostly shirks his duties and consistently fails to return to Hell for regular check-ins, leaving him to be frequently served subpoenas for his return where he is temporarily incarcerated and tortured.

He maintains the personality he had as a human: cynical, dry and apathetic with a morbid sense of humor and penchant for self-deprecation. While he mostly seems annoyed and frustrated with his situation, he finds overwhelming euphoria in eating, consensual pain and sex. Being small in comparison to most other demons and demonic beasts, Jeremy frequently bottoms, though he’s truly a switch and enjoys engaging in both.

A demon familiar that Jeremy met while on Earth. Despite appearances, Etnus has a kindness about him that is greater than anyone he’s ever met — human or demon. They get along really well and are casual friends with benefits.

BELETH
The judge who handles Jeremy’s sentencing when he gets sent back to Hell to be detained. He finds Beleth terrifying, and usually makes the situation worse for himself by shrieking various expletives and trying to run away.

SATAN
Jeremy’s master. While he very rarely deals with him personally he is drawn to carry out his every whim even if they’re thousands of miles apart. Jeremy hates being a toy, but he knows this is his job for eternity.
