  3. [23:32] <!CYOA-sama> Then, through the mist, a shining suit of armor astride a golden stallion breaks through the tangled web of plantlife.
  4. [23:32] <!CYOA-sama> You've been pursuing this Necromancer for three days and nights.
  5. [23:33] <!CYOA-sama> Both you and your steed are reaching your limits.
  6. [23:33] <!CYOA-sama> His mount, conjured from darkness and death, can not manuever as well in a place so thinck with plantlife.
  7. [23:33] <!CYOA-sama> Now is the time to strike.
  8. [23:34] <!CYOA-sama> You draw your golden blade, Valinor, and strike the face of your shield with it.
  9. [23:35] <!CYOA-sama> An angelic song rings out filling the forest as the shield resonates with holy power and the blade shines with a brilliant golden light.
  10. [23:36] <!CYOA-sama> You swing the sword downward unleashing a wave of silvery flame that washes over the vegetation causing it to grow at an alarming rate, and eventually the necromancer himself.
  11. [23:36] <!CYOA-sama> The flame purges his mount and causes him to be knocked to the ground.
  12. [23:36] <!CYOA-sama> He stands and draws his scythe as you approach.
  13. [23:37] <!CYOA-sama> With a thunderous shout you paralyze him and rush forward knocking away his weapon with your shield.
  14. [23:37] <!CYOA-sama> As Valinor comes down you know your pursuit has ended.
  15. [23:37] <!CYOA-sama> As you strike down the Necromancer a flash envelops you.
  16. [23:38] <!CYOA-sama> The dazzling brilliance disorients you.
  17. [23:38] <!CYOA-sama> Blinded you wander through the swamp.
  18. [23:38] <!CYOA-sama> After many hours your hand reaches a marble pillar, like one would see at the gate of a large city.
  19. [23:39] <!CYOA-sama> The knowledge you've reached civilization is enough to soothe your anxiety.
  20. [23:39] <!CYOA-sama> You collapse, there in the gate of an unknown town.

  31. [23:49] <!CYOA-sama> It would seem whoever decided to take you in prepared them especially for you.
  32. [23:50] <!CYOA-sama> You hear happy music coming through the open window along with a light breeze.
  33. [23:50] <!CYOA-sama> As you look out the window you see the huse you're in resides at the top of a hill, green trees surround the path leading to the port-town at it's base.
  34. [23:51] <!CYOA-sama> This room gives a clear view of the ocean and the docks, which are totally devoid of ships save for a couple of small fishing boats.
  35. [23:51] <!CYOA-sama> The town itself seems lively enough.
  36. [23:52] <!CYOA-sama> You stand and notice only now your armor has been removed and placed on a manniquine on the other side of the room.
  37. [23:52] <!CYOA-sama> You're white heartprint boxers are the only thing between you and open air.
  38. [23:52] <!CYOA-sama> It would also seem your body has been thoroughly washed.
  39. [23:53] <!CYOA-sama> Such kindness must be repayed.
  40. [23:53] <!CYOA-sama> You retrieve your sachel which lays on the ground next to your armor and fish out a fresh change of clothing so as not to be walking around in your trousers.
  41. [23:54] <!CYOA-sama> You also retrieve the bag of gold you carry, it contains 200g.
  42. [23:54] <!CYOA-sama> Surely enough to thank the owner of this home for their aid.
  43. [23:54] <!CYOA-sama> You don your clothing and head down the stairs.
  44. [23:55] <!CYOA-sama> You follow the sound of the tea kettle until you arrive at a dining room where a woman has prepared tea for two.

  46. [23:56] <!CYOA-sama> Her long curly blonde hair pulled into a neat ponytail with a white bow.
