Theory, no testing, no timing, probably gibberish, based off of Exarion's 2014 paste (lines 14 and 33: https://pastebin.com/BDtXjtGA).


Should save at least 20 seconds, and possibly a minute. You're more than 50 percent likely to die with this strat, even if you play conservatively. Underleveled until Koga and Lv. 24 for Starmie (unlikely to 2-shot with Thrash).

Route 3 - Misty:
-skip Route 3 Lass and super Nerd in Mt. Moon. Save 5+ HAs?
-skip center? (What HP do you need for the rocket fight?)
-manip all of mt moon ([wg?], rope, candy, mp, paras + catch)
-fight the Rocket as Nidoran (lvl 14).
	- HAx2+PS, HAx3?
-Before second Super Nerd: Use Rare Candy, evolve to Nidoking, teach MP.
-Rival + Bridge = ???
-Use the Rare Candy before the final fight on Route 25 to reach Lv. 23.
-top hiker: HAx2, thrash?

It seems that rest can be reasonably inferred. Silph before safari, risky strat, etc.

Bottom hiker:
-Is it worth it to get WG?
-how does exp work?
	-is top hiker not worth the extra exp, i.e. no useful level ups?
	-could you fight bottom hiker (or even top hiker [HAx2 + WG is fast]) -> 2nd bottom hiker -> early dig rocket?
	-early dig rocket would probably be worth the time loss.
-how much does skipping the top hiker elixir matter? What other new strats are affected by this?

Late EQ + Correcting lost exp:
-How important is the silph machoke's exp?
-how many candies, if any, do you need in mansion? 1? 0?

A possible alternative?:
-fight route 3 lass, manip paras catch, skip super nerd, manip items and paras kill. Does this yield lvl 15 before rocket? Then candy to 16 and nido before this fight i guess.
