**Dashcam footage from 01-L-39 can be seen, approaching the police plaza, driving west on San Andreas Boulevard traveling at speed limit. When approaching the crossing at the Northside of central bureau, she is suddenly cut off by a black car with green striping,
 plates read 'ITSATRAP'. Later identified as owner by @Aaron Jackson. As L-39 sets chase, the suspect pulls over at Alhambra, as Hennessy calls for back-up and waits for 06-L-04 to be in range. As she approaches the suspect, she's seen tellign the woman to get out and takign her to the sidewalk, that's when Wolfe comes in the picture and pulls up behind L-39, out of view. Suddenly, the woman gets into words with Hennessy, turns around and sits in the vehicle, rolling up the windows and locking the doors. Wolfe and Hennessy, take their cruisers and box the vehicle in place. Hennessy turns the dashcam to the side to focus on the situation. Hennessy and Wolfe appear to be shouting towards her, and Hennessy holds a nightstick. Suddenly the woman comes back out, and appears to be cooperative. Then when captain Wolfe tells her to put her hands on the roof, she escalates, gets in and out of the vehicle numerous times, at one point withdrawing a knife from the upholstery of the vehicle, and gets back out. As she starts running around with the knife, myself and captain Wolfe withdraw our Glocks. As she runs towards captain Wolfe, I squeeze the trigger and miss the shot: the bullet goes through the rear window of captain Wolfe's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility. As she tries to enter Wolfe's truck, I fire a shot at her head through the windshield and get a successful hit, as she falls out of the truck through the open vehicle. Captain Wolfe sends more shots into her body to neutralize.**
