Novus Ordo Rapunzel

Name: Rapunzel (signed Novus Ordo Rapunzel in full), currently only known pseudonym.

Appearance:

A light blue sports car with dark tinted windows pulls up to curb. A window rolls down and smoke blows out from the car, cigarette smoke by the smell of it. The gloomy interior is lit up by several LCD screen displaying things you can't make out. A woman hidden behind dark sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat turns to you. You might describe her look as someone who thought the Matrix was the best thing to ever happen to fashion. You feel incredibly silly and look both ways down the street to see if anyone's watching, more out of embarrassment than anything else. Wordlessly she holds a package with a disposable cell phone taped to it. The window rolls up and the car speeds away fast. That's pretty much the only physical appearance Rapunzel make, almost everything else is done online. (Although there is a rumour she once made a trip to Japan one has to wonder how she made the trip under her usual precautions)

Life and backstory:

Rapunzle is good and surfing the web anonymously and is very careful about leaking details of her meatspace life. What is known is that Rapunzel lives somewhere in the UK and has a rich family. She has or possibly still is home-schooled and self taught. She almost never goes outside except to drive expensive sports cars and tends to avoid CCTV cameras where possible. Whether she does anything else on this trips is unknown. She has a large and internet presence in conspiracy and transhumanism circles

Personality:

Rapunzle has a certain charm; while it sometimes seems impossible to go a conversation without referencing some conspiracy theory it's always done in a deadpan joking way so that it's not clear if she believes these things or not. More importantly she doesn't put pressure on the listener to accept any of them as true and even invites mocking them. However a genuine paranoid streak does itself the closer she gets to people and she will pressure her friends to take better security measures and set up spy style passphrases and safewords. As long as it isn't related to her own meatspace existence she's very earnest and forthcoming about who she is and her interests. Apart from the latest in conspiracy mythology and cryptozoology she gets excited by the latest news in prosthetics technology and biomedical engineering. She likes to listen to her friends talk about their lives too and seems to have a very good memory for their on going problems. The truth is she keeps notes and dossiers on her all her contacts which has cost her friends who got weirded out. She thinks it's a perfectly acceptable practice of memory enhancement but is wary now of revealing that particular detail amongst others.
