Suigetsu Rework Draft 2.0

PASSIVE: Cannot be Burned, takes 0 Water Damage, Half Fire Damage, Double Lightning Damage.

PASSIVE: landing a Jutsu on an enemy Empowers Suigetsu with Water Hydrification. If the next damage Suigetsu takes isn't Chakra/Lightning Damage, he will instead consume Hydrification, and if it was a Meele or AOE, he will Shunshin behind that enemy.

FURY: Suigetsu Gains Fury based on Half the Damage he deals.
Suigetsu can press A to Consume 20 Fury. Holding A will cause him to rotate between summoning Sasuke, Juugo and Karin.

1: Water Release: Water Pistol - 3 Tile Meele that deals 20 Water Damage, Slows to 10 for 3 Seconds, and Gains 10 additional Fury.

2: Spinning Slash - Dash Forward for 1 Second, dealing 20 Damage and inflicting Bleed.

3: Water Body Liquefier - Empowers with Hydrification. If already Empowered, Suigetsu enters a stance for 2 Seconds. If attacked with a Meele/AOE during that, deal 5 Affliction Damage, Suppress, and Consume 10 Fury. Suppression and Damage will continue every Second for up to 5 Seconds if you can Consume 10 more Fury.

4: Water Release: Water Puddle - 2 Tile Single Target AOE that makes Suigetsu Intangible and Crippled for 3 Seconds. Each Second, Suigetsu will try to Consume 30 Fury to Heal 12 Health. If on Water, Suigetsu will also gain 15 Chakra per 30 Fury.
If on Water, and you have 100 Fury, Suigetsu will instead enter Water Monster Form, Recovering all Health and Chakra, and for 60 Seconds he becomes Crippled, Gains 10 Meele, his Water Pistol Doubles in Range, Spinning Slash Halves Cooldown, and his other Jutsu are Disabled.

5: Water Enhancing Drink - If Uninterrupted for 3 Seconds, Consumes all Fury. For every 20 Fury Consumed, Suigetsu gains 1 Speed and 1 Meele.
