-All Items must be obtained in order as suggested by the Hint System.
-Artifacts can be obtained in any order as you please.
-Any kind of Boss Strategy is allowed.
-If an item is required to access an area, you are not allowed to access that area without that item. I.e., you need grapple for Waste Disposal in Mines.
-L Jumping, R Jumping, Scan Dashing, or any other kind of movement tech is allowed.

-The use of Out of Bounds and Infinite Speed are banned.
-If a boss is normally required to be defeated to obtain its item, you are not allowed to get it early, i.e. morph ball.
-You cannot get an expansion of an Item you don't have yet, so you cannot get a PB expansion if you don't have Power Bombs.
