Background:
Jacy was born in Grandeur City to parents who loved her a little too much. They loved her so much that they wanted her to become a time keeper, just like them. They began training her mind and physical skills from a very young age, which turned out to be a bad thing. At the age of 15 she fled from Grandeur to Eminence and left no traces of her footsteps. She was impossible to track. She has been living on her own since then as a vigilante, trying to take down the time keepers. She doesn't normally work well with people because she doesnt trust them, so this team thing is gonna be a stretch. She always wears a watch, because she is afraid of the silence of time passing. Silence means something. Whenever it gets too quiet, she either puts on music or she holds her watch to her ear to hear it tick. She has a medical condition that she doesnt tell anyone about - postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). It causes her low blood pressure and gives her icy hands and feet that occasionally turn purple. It is worst when she is stressed.

How did we meet:
She was being sneaky, somewhere she wasn't supposed to be, and someone caught up to her. They tried to attack her, but she was holding them off on her own. She didn't want to pull out her gun or knife unless absolutely necessary. Turns out someone else was more liberal with weapons. The attacker was shot from behind, and she saw the gun first, leading up to a serious, handsome, rain-soaked face. Her expression hardened, and she didn't thank him. He introduced himself, and then she turned and sprinted. Not afraid fleeing, just running. He chased after her for a second, slowing down, and yelled after her in the rain, "I never got your name!"

First impressions: She resented him for killing that man, and he thought she was impressive for holding him off, but also strange for not thanking him and running off.
