SL Gym Leader Spot Challenging Concept

The Gym Challenge System-

Nowadays, the position as a gym leader is highly desirable. Due to this, many join in hopes of becoming these great mentors with their hopes crushed, as the slots are full. Of course, to many veterans, the slots are filling up with 'incapable' or 'inexperienced' players. Because gyms are always made out to be a "survival of the fittest" like topic, I believe that the gyms within the Silver League should follow the same principle.
First of all, you'll need some things before you can challenge a gym leader for their position. These are:
1) Eight badges
2) Confirmation that you have passed a Gym Test for the type you wish to challenge
3) Having gotten in the top four of an official Champions League Tournament
Upon achieving each of these requirements, you are allowed to challenge a leader for their spot. The base ruleset is as follows:
1) Both the leader and their opponent must agree on a set of "gym rules" for them to both follow. Should a compromise be unable to be   met, simply have them be a standard 6v6 SL OU Singles battle. This includes format.
2) Both the leader and their opponent must use a team that follows the rules of a gym team, i.e. three of the type, plus a fourth, a mega of that type, or a move of that type.
3) These challenges will be in sets of three. The first one of these competitors to win two of the three battles is the leader.
4) Should ANY disconnection occur, the battle is RESTARTED, no exceptions. No haggling and no false starting, begin again with the base.
You may only challenge a gym ONCE per TWO MONTH PERIOD. This goes for ALL gyms; if you challenge one, you cannot challenge another for two months, even if you succeed in taking the place of the former leader.
