Interplexus Serophos

I have a severe chemically sensitive patient that suffers from decreased kidney function when she is exposed to certain toxins.  She is being managed by a specialist.  She has severe chronic fatigue.  She can not take supplements like healthier patients.  She takes a small portion from the capsule and rotates out 5 days or she starts to "react" to them.  We were wondering about Serophos for her, however there is a warning about kidney function.  How would this interact with the kidneys?  I have contacted the company and have not received a response.
