⤷ insecure ;; due to his judgeful parents, minki is very insecure about most aspects of himself. he is always aware of how he looks and what he does, making sure everything he does is as close to perfect. he’s been trying to be less insecure, but he can’t shake his anxiety.
⤷ judgmental ;; now, minki has been trying to get better in his judgmental ways. he still has some fault-finding thoughts, about himself and others, but he tries his best not to.
⤷ quiet ;; he has been more quiet over the past year or so, as to not let any of his judgmental thoughts slip.
⤷ clingy ;; after he realized his horrible ways, he’s been more clingy to his closer friends, especially his members, since he’s always feeling guilty and just has anxiety. never getting affection from his parents, he’s always happy when he can get it from his friends.

..⃗. BACKGROUND ―
⤷ kwon minki was the son of two well-known plastic surgeons. growing up, he had a speech impediment which his parents always got mad at him for. he would stutter a lot and his parents always told him to “just speak properly”. as he got older and grew out of the stutter, although with no help from his parents, they found other ways to judge him. minki would be nitpicked about everything by his parents, from his appearance or the way he presented himself. this caused him to have a lot of anxiety and insecurities. so, having been judged every day by his parents, he thought that was almost normal and started judging other kids at school. he became a bully and a lot of kids were afraid of his judgmental words.  because of this, he didn’t have many friends at school, the only friends he had were just as toxic as him. when he was almost fourteen, minki found out that one kid that he bullied attempted suicide because of minki’s bullying. that experience really opened up minki’s eyes to what he was doing and decided to try and change his ways, which took a little while. he also finally decided to pursue his dreams of becoming an idol, that his parents always told him he couldn’t achieve. when he was announced to the public of being in the upcoming group “freedom”, a bunch of his classmates posted stories of how he used to bully them and how he made them feel. that was the final thing that really made him realize his horrible ways and how many people he hurt. minki still has some judgmental thoughts, but tries his best not to think those ways. now, he stays more quiet than talkative, as to not accidentally say anything harmful.

⤷ CAT’S WALTZ ;; probably the only member that minki didn’t judge upon meeting. he really admired their art skills!
⤷ 86400 ;; he didn’t really have much of a first impression of him, minki didn’t talk to him.
⤷ FIFTY FIFTY ;; minki wasn’t too fond of him when he first met him. FIFTY FIFTY hated minki for being rich, so minki decided to hate him as well.

⤷ ICE & FIRE ;; they are the closest in age and minki has a soft spot for the younger. he knows that ICE & FIRE has anger issues and used to get picked on, and minki used to be a bully so many people don’t understand why they get along. although, through him, minki has learned more the other side of bullying that he wasn’t on and so he really appreciated the other for it. he is always there to care for the other and try and calm ICE & FIRE whenever he has his angry outbursts.
