pc issues

So today when I woke up and started up my pc there was issues. When i turned it on it would not get past the windows load screen.
Me and a friend spent hours trying to resolve the issue, including reinstalling drivers, running safe mode, even to the point of reinstalling windows. In the end the issue came out related to my video card. I was using a GTX 760 for close to three years and for some reason today it decided to stop working.
this stressed me out as nopt onl;y was this inconvenient but it also happened 2 days before my 24hr stream.
So normally on wednessdays I stream but instead i spent it completely fixing my pc. And to immediately resolve the issue I bought a gtx 960 as a replacement. This is a financial set back but won't destroy me, and Im hoping it means more can come out of my pc experience.
