  1. Ok so for each link you get on, just click download with curse client and it should open up the client and install it automatically, from time to time if you go back on the curse client there may be an update available too, all you'd have to click is update now. If you find something else on the site feel free to try it out, this list is just what I think you should consider using.
  2.
  3. Also make sure to read each addon page so you have a general idea what it does and what it looks like in game
  4.
  5. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/bagnon - Bagnon makes the bag User Interface much better, so for example if you have 6 pouches that give you extra inventory space instead of wow showing you six windows of those extra pouches it shows one window of your inventory with the space added by those pouches there already
  6.
  7. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/deadly-boss-mods - DBM is good for boss encounters (Obviously), instead of learning every ability the boss has if they use a super deadly ability or something or there's an aoe you need to get out of this addon will give you an alert telling you to do so since you may not notice if you're focusing on rotation or something. You may not notice what it does until later levels for raid bosses but still worth having
  8.
  9. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/skada - Skada shows you how much damage or healing you're doing for the whole dungeon or per fight if you prefer. Very useful to know who's doing what damage, usually I have it for damage per second but your choice for it tbh.
  10.
  11. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/mogit - This is a bit better for convenience but still worth having. If you use mogit it can show you what an item will look like on your character just buy hovering your mouse over it. Obviously it's cosmetic convenience but still worth having.
  12.
  13. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/pawn - Pawn recommends the best piece of gear for your spec so you know what item you should need or greed in a dungeon or select for a quest reward. Immensely useful.
  14.
  15. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/bartender4 - Bartender allows you to configure the default blizzard ui a lot better, move windows, delete them, whatever. Play around with the settings it's very good for beginners since you're not worried about using a different custom ui so you can just configure the default one.
  16.
  17. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/omni-cc - When an ability is on cooldown instead of a spinny line notifying you when it's available for use it'll countdown, super simple but super useful.
  18.
  19. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/quartz - Shows you easily what you're casting and what the enemy is casting.
  20.
  21. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/mik-scrolling-battle-text - Shows to you easily what your abilities and damage is during combat, hard to explain but obvious in practice.
  22.
  23. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/npcscan - This detects rare npcs and notifies you when they're around, you should care about this since killing a rare npc can give you more xp, better items despite a potential challenge in terms of how difficult they are to kill.
  24.
  25. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/tidy-plates - Healthbars above an enemy, why wouldn't you want it?
  26.
  27. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/weakauras-2 - Ok I'm not 100% what this one does I think it shows you boss ability cooldowns so it's useful with deadly boss mods.
  28.
  29. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/acp - Let's you configure what addons are enabled in game instead of having to log out and reset the game.
  30.
