Echoes - RTA advantages and disadvantages

RTA advantages:

•	RTA would eliminate full-minute ties and provide more accurate times since times can be tracked in seconds and potentially milliseconds.
•	RTA would make Echoes more accessible to new runners since deaths aren’t banned.
•	RTA would likely develop "RTA only" faster strats which normally would not be beneficial though potentially being hard and annoying. (Cutscene skips).
•	RTA cuts off 8 minutes of waiting time in the credits awaiting final IGT

RTA disadvantages:

•	Grandfathered runs could potentially not have RTA due to bad VOD quality, thus IGT remains which puts these runs at the bottom of the leaderboard since there can only be one dominant timing method on SRC.
•	RTA runs through unintended pauses, thus requiring runners to learn to deal with these or be forced to lose time since IGT does not tick while the game is paused.
•	Routes from other categories are potentially more affected than others, such as Low% (4%)
