Personality: She's is a very strong willed girl, and also incredibly stubborn. Enjoys living her life to the fullest, so she's always dragging everyone out to come and party with her. Quite ok to do anything, as long as it doesn't involve hurting others. Areum can argue with someone until she turns blue in the face, always ends up victorious when she argues with her brother over meaningless things.

Background :  Areum and her brother grew up in a rough family. Because they were the children of politicians, expectations were raised high by their parents. Areum never took it well, she loved the idea of being free and choosing her own future, and became a very rebellious child growing up - arguing with her family, never listening to them. Upset and angered they sent her back to France to live with her grandparents, Areum became very isolated and depressed, which was the cause for her constant eating and gaining weight. When she finally moved back to Korea, she would eat very little.
