- rdf: Make it possible to inherit from KoRdfSemanticItem again
- If you want to extend the rdf support with custom items, you have to
- be able to inherit from the base class. However, since that base class
- was d-pointered, it wasn't possible to do without making the private header
- public.
- This commit moves the data back where MonkeyIq intended, and makes it
- possible once again to create new types of semantic items.
- In the meantime, also some #includes in header files got cleaned up.

- revert 5a784c14e9ae30fba2633582fd3fc6cff9eb3476 cause it introduces regressions with lot of diagram-types so it seems

- the related bug-numbers. I would have mailed you but seems for whatever reason that
- doesn't seem to work atm :-/

- This is a combination of 2 commits.
- use the same method to generate the imagecache-key on painting that is used on generating.
- Hopefully that fixes the thumbnail-generation.
