- +nationalparksign __ I may have already mentioned this (I think I did recently) but I'll note it again:
- *I believe I know how [some of] the video glitches are being _added_ to the footage*. I have replicated SOME of the glitches *identically*. The classic masking glitch as well as some "jumping/teleportation" glitches.
- I stumbled upon this by accident. *I can replicate it at will*. I may post a video where I add the glitches to an existing "ISS" video as proof it can be done.
- It means that it is intentional. *It has nothing to do with "broadcasting signals" etc*.
- What we see from "NASA" by way of "live streams" is intentionally *crippled* footage. That is why we *ALWAYS* encounter the problems.
