  1. (Events related to Solana)
  2. Jachra: Gathering my thoughts
  3. :D
  4. Okay so it involved a girl(?) who started to have prophetic dreams. She read a series of books that didn't seem to be available anywhere else (or in which she intuited secrets no one else had)
  5. The dreams would lead her to mysteries, and by understanding them she came to understand how to change the world. She made a wand and got to work
  6. She started doing leyline stuff, starting by forming a sort of magical network of trees - she used her newfound powers to grow large ones from seed and then had them planted
  7. This act started gathering others to her who were touched, AND INTERESTINGLY -
  8. At least one or two of them changed into equines as a result
  9. In particular, I remember her riding on a bike with one of her new friends because one of her trees are failing, and there's a farmer trying to cut the roots
  10. And his son is stopping him and changing in the process
  11. I was one of these people, and it changed me, too, making me fully female
  12. I might have been among those changing into an equine
  13. Or all of us were
  14. It's lost in torpor - also I'm sure one of them was you
  15. Jachra: Might have been the farmer's boy
  16. Solana: Sounds like a beautiful dream.
  17. Jachra: It gets yet more complex!
  18.
  19. So in one of the books, there was a map
  20. Which didn't make sense as a map
  21. The map was a woodcut, not unlike the Nine Gates of the Kingdom of Shadows
  22. It depicted for r groups of labyrinths, and each 2d labyrinth led to a four-sided pyramid in the center, the sides composed of pages
  23.
  24. ('twas very beautiful aye)
  25. Jachra: And what the girl (who wasn't me, but perhaps represents me in some way) understood through Gnosis is that each labyrinth was composed of pages laid out flat and further represented the mystical knowledge (each of us carried a book we'd made ourselves)
  26.
  27. The pyramid could only be constructed by something more esoteric - here's where it's a bit muddled again
  28.
  29. Solana: http://weknowmemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/day-1354-they-still-think-im-blind.jpg
  30. Jachra: So there's two interpretations I have for the pyramid
  31.
  32. The first is that each labyrinth of knowledge is one mage, and that each of us had to essentially form "pages" of mysteries that existed in a more rarefied form to form it. I think this might be posthoc on my part, after I woke
  33.
  34. The more insane one, born of dream logic (and therefore the more intuitive), is that each labyrinth is composed of different groups of mages, each one in a different universe/world.
  35.
  36. ~ only one side of the pyramid was revealed to the reader, and that meant to me that the greater "structure" of it could not be built from one universe. Each universe had its own perspective, and only by working together across dimensions could it be built (essentially, you share esoteric wisdom through dreams and thread them together with the missing knowledge to form a piece of divine revelation everyone benefits from)
  37. The completed or partially completed pyramid allowed travel, too. I believe the book concerned in metaphorical sense what happened to a previous pyramid that failed, like Babel
  38. That Babel wasn't a literal tower, but a place built of knowledge in astral space
  39. The very last part of the dream blended uselessly with waking.
  40. It involved a play about the end of the Odyssey, which I realized there was a mystery buried in but we had to take it over before it was buried by the executive who managed it (not coincidentally, my main client)
  41. We rolled in there with enchanted wine that befuddled everyone, making the events seem real
  42. Jachra: And there it ended
  43. Jachra: Phew
  44. (Wish I could remember the other two books of the series)
