Vale sat in his bed, sighing softly. It had taken him a few weeks to find his way back to his home world, Vegeta, Braal, whatever you wanted to call it. Whateve the case, he was home. He was in bed. And he was very, very tired. His Prototype Gravity Device was sitting on the table, next to a dismantled Medical Scanner. He was working on upgrades for his ship. Specifically to locate other planets easier. Of course he wasn't entirely sure how he would hard wire it to do so. But he assumed using the technology that the Medical Scanner offered would give some answers.

The only real planets worth visiting, were ones that could sustain life. Going to a barren planet, with no atmosphere, or breathable air would have the same reuslt of being in the Vacuum.  Zero point in it at all. So if he used the Medical scanner... He sat up quickly, an idea had came to mind. "If I use the Medical Scanner, and tweak it's settings a bit. Mayhaps... I could use it to detect life that was previously on a planet, thus giving me the coordinations?!" It seemed a bit far'fetched, even after having said it out loud so blatantly. But he needed an easier way to travel, and this was it.

He kicked himself out of bed, and charged through his Kitchen, into his Lab area. It was a small area, but it did the trick nicely.  He plopped down at a seat, and dragged the Medical Scanner over, taking it apart swiftly, pulling out the wiring, and everything. Until all that was left was a dismantled hunk of junk. "No steel or anything for this, I can use everything I have gathered from the Scanner!" He said, staring down the materials.

Of the materials, consisted... A Biometric Scanner. Wiring. Age Modules, to detect age. An information fabricator. A pulse detector.  And scrapped metal. Grabbing for his tool box, he did the only thing he really thought was necessary as a start. He began tinkering with the Pulse Detector, changing the software to amplify it, so ti could read long long distances. Planetary distances in fact. It wasn't difficult, but it would explode, seeing as other objects can simulate the sound of a pulsing heart.

So to remedy this, he used the wiring, and connected it to the Biometric Scanner. It alone would put a limiter on the Pulse Reader, in a sense that it would amplify itself due to the Pulse Reader's only state, and detect life forms before it detects pulses. So far so good. It was pretty compact as well. "Alright..." He took more wiring, and hooked it up to the Age Modules, and Information Fabricator. He set the Age Modules, which consited of two for some odd reason. To detect Life forms under 500 on one module. And the other to detect life forms between 1 billion, to 1 trillion years of age. It would overide the Biometric Scanner, and detect Planets as life. More of a back up precaution, if anything.

Taking his welder out, he began to weld the scraps together, around the device, leaving a rectangle hole in the middle, to put his own custom made modules. Which just consited of a small rectangle glass screen, a solid aluminum plated base, with buttons connected to the insides of the device. With all of the technology stored inside of it, It would be able to save the specs, and locations of each planet, and lcoate it easily. "That'l do juuust nicely!"

He nodded, and walked over to his ship, opening it, only to pop the devie in, and connect it to the Ships basic hardware. "Aaand... That should do it..." He leaned down, and pressed some buttons on the newly made device. "Come on..." And there it was. The coordinates, and name of the planet he was on. "Planet Braal, or Planet Vegeta," It was surprisingly detailed in information. "Neat!" He chuckled softly!

"This was surprisingly easier to make than the other crap I've been doing... Simple to put together, and easy to attach to my own ship..." He would of course have to test it, and record the location and information of other planets soon..
