Appearance: William wears a hardened exterior body armor, which the harden exterior armor seems to be a form of downgraded Ceramic armor. On top of that it is found on alongside his torso and slightly spaces itself out alongside his belly it is extremely slight and hardly noticeable which allows him to bend, and be slightly flexible. The same exterior armor is also applied along side his arms, covering the shoulder, and his fore-arm being a form of gauntlet. That can also say the same thing along the outer thigh portion his knees and boots. He has militarized pants that goes underneath the palatal protection. And has a Black Trench-coat, which is composed of heat resistant, along with it being extremely tough and providing protection against bladed weapons making. He has Black hair, Brown eyes and having white skin he also have a custom made partial mask operating as a respirator the mask covering his mouth, nose, while he wears Goggles that is separate to the mask.

Weapons: William carries a .44 Extended barrel Revolver, the pistol takes a lot of physical features of a cowboy pistol outlook, he also carries a Bowie knife, a couple of throwing grenades a K-bar knife and a Short-sword.
Armor: William does carry a downgraded form of ceramic armor which mainly guards his torso region and covers his shoulder blades it falls short on his shoulders and thus his arms,legs, are guarded with Steel. And having a Dark grey trenchcoat which is semi-fire proof.

Equipment: he has a  metal ballistic mask respirator which takes the shape of what a would a tight bandanna would look like.

Traits: William lee is an expect towards close quarters and can proof to be quite formidable when it comes down to gunplay even though he only uses a pistol. He does know  how to wild any form of basic Ranged weapons crossbows, rifles, automatic, Rocket launchers etc. He also know show to maintain a Gun at working order and ontop of that he also knows how to make devstating explosives.

Personality: Don't be around when he loses it is all i can say, gets the job done and only comes to places to get a drink...not afraid to fuck you up in front of everybody and executed while at it.



Bio: William history is truly a mystery not even the vanquish knows a lot about him, all they know is that one or two vanquish found a small kid, emerging from a the entrance of a tunnel and tha they took him in and he fit in really well. Since he was a kid he knew how to handle a gun, he knew how to make bullets, how to make his own customized guns and weapons, and he is one of the few people to be born with a high tolerance to pain higher than a women perspective. This means that he won't die of either receiving too much pain or would be hindered because of "Pain" aka a broken arm he'd may still use it, if able too, or not cry about it...in other words its harder to make him scream.  William also works alone he doesn't like working with others as well, and he isn't a horny man looking for a hooker to fuck with he just does his job. He doesn't care about the war between he insurgents or the Renaissance he had "his fill" of dealing with the insurgents he doesn't ;care all he cares about is himself and that is all he cares. All his equipment was made by him by either finding scraps in the waste looting it from corpses and taking there equipment apart carefully. But William had a shere hatred for the Renaissance since they did kill his family along with him ,Also william as a Split personality and that he also has to regulate over his heart rate by taking medicine to steady his heart rate and to keep his other "Nasty" self which calls itself "Kane" at bay he has to take this medicine every 3 hours and he has a surplus

His split personality is a whole new William he will disregard pain, friends, and anything and will go on a "Killing spree" his pain tolerance is so high it shows he is highly effective his heart rate almost doubles, producing so much blood that all that blood rushes through his head and makes him able to travel at high speed and see thigns at a "Slow Mo" this doesn't mean everybody is slow its because his brain can process images so fast it is ahead of itself, so any action done by a char is counter able regardless. But William generally fights him off at the peak and retains himself and runs off if he can and avoids all forms of violence till he gets far enough. WIlliam generally relies on the Vanquish protection when it comes down to losing him control, the Vanquish sees him not as an excellent Hunter but a great person to tank things out if you can get impaled by a spear and can get back up and still shove that spear into somebodies ass than hop a board! your in. William received all his training from his former master which he is dead, teaching him further close combat techniques some knife techniques, and even took a lot of defensive melee and gun-play stances, and further gave him training on his marksmen ship and gave him a more of an edge as long on to how he can utilize his bionic eye...even though sometimes he hates it.
