What is Pay Off Debt?
Pay OfF Debt is where you collect 10000 pokos. When you get that amount of pokos and come back to the above ground, you get an 'ending' of the first half of the game. By continuing to play the game of the second half, you are running All Treasures.

Why are there so many runners doing Pay Off Debt?
While the full game of Pikmin 2 is considered All Treasures, All Treasures is the longest category in the game. It is much longer than Pikmin 1 All Parts and Pikmin 3 any%/All Fruits. Because of that, there aren't many runners doing All Treasures. So instead, runners pick Pay Off Debt.

If you are aiming for 10000 pokos, are you going to get every treasure on each cave you go to?
Not really. I leave some treasures that are worthless/pointless most of the time. However, some of those worthless/pointless treasures may be used as my backup during the middle or near end of the run.

Why did you reset early in All Treasures?
Because I don't want to lose too much time very early in the run. Since the game is very RNGish for All Treasures, it is better for me to stay +0 or lose little time before finishing Shower Room (which is the first half of the game) and going to the second half. If I reset early in Pay Off Debt though, it's because of the same answer for All Treasures.

On Day 1, how did you end up finishing the day so quickly?
By using a glitch called Day 1 Extinction (D1E). It's where I throw my reds out of the bounds by a specific spot. I let them die by falling down after I whistle them and go to another specific spot which that moment happen. Compare to the tutorial and the D1E, I would normally save 1-2 minutes once I get to Hole of Beasts.

So what exactly is Early Blues?
A glitch to get to the Blue Onion area early and skipping the electric wall. Well, that's a short answer. For a long answer, it's a glitch that's very important for speedrunners. I have to clip to the scale with a cutscene and scale through the walls and get to the specific spot. Once I found another specific spot with good timing napsack, I should be able to get to the Blue Onion. If I do it incorrectly, the captain would either go to the wrong area or end up getting to the Blue Onion area but no antenna light (meaning softlock). It's all about timing with the napsack input.

In All Treasures, why are you going back to Emergence Cave a second time?
Because it's recommended to go to White Flower Garden first just so I can go to Hole of Beasts to bring to Blue Onion back to the landing site. Also with 19 purples, I can get 10 purples in Hole of Beasts Sublevel 2. This makes the 2 caves RNG of a single purple candypop bud (in Frontier Cavern Sublevel 4 and Shower Room Sublevel 5) not too high.

In All Treasures, why did you go to the Bulblax Kingdom for the second time?
Because although Subterranean Complex used to be a way to get extra purples, going to the Bulblax Kingdom is much faster in getting extra purples. Comparing the sublevels (4 sublevels vs 8 sublevels) with rush boots equipped, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Why do you need 100 purples?
Because there is a treasure called Doomsday Apparatus in Wistful Wilds. 100 purples are required to get this treasures.

Why don't you go to the Bulblax Kingdom for the second time?
If I have at least 95 purples (getting 5 purples in both FC4 and SR5) after Snagret Hole, I can go to the Cavern of Chaos to get 5 more purples. Besides I can't do anything with Doomsday Apparatus if I don't have 100 purples so I might as well go to Cavern of Chaos first before getting that treasure.v

What is your goal time in Pay Off Debt and All Treasures?
1:41 in Pay Off Debt. 4:04 or lower in All Treasures.
