Koi's declaration of war.

{New Vegeta/ Ice Planet}

Far below the clouds of a certain wintery planet,a blue humanoid person could be seen trying to shake off his pursurers.  He jumped across mountains, flew across seas, desperately trying to shake their persuit. This blue Humanoid was Koi and he was being persused by the changeling Lord Ziccole and a few saiyans.

This was not without reason though. Koi's dear brother Ali had been ruthlessly killed by those in power when he was stuck on a planet only being able to watch. This enraged beyond belief. This caused  Koi to want to kill all those in power for letting this happen. He had already decapitated the Alien King and Killed a Changeling of the Aqaucipher royal family thus this why he was being persued. This was a more like a witch hunt than just a persuit. <Tch... I need more power.. a way.. to surpass that damned Changling Lord!!! FUCK!> He thinks

Koi see's ruins and ducks into them shaking off his persuers. He landed exhaustedly into the ruins and subconciously peered into the future of these ruins. <This place... It will have to do.. I will have to make it work.. I will come back stronger than ever.. I WILL!!> He thinks to himself and begins looking at the sky. He starts transmitting his telepathic voice into the surrounding. "The Heavens and all involed with pay for this.. THEY WILL PAY FOR THIS BLOOD HATRED!! I KOI... NOW DECLARE WAR AGAINST THE UNIVERSE!" He says with rage filled eyes. He sat down and began to cultivate it inner power. He would attempt to accend new heights in power than go after everyone in his rage!
