Journal Entry # 41 – 1

So this was not a good way to start a jump. There was a bunch of demons in my house. I mean they weren’t hostile at first but they were demons… in my house. Do you have any idea what kind of mess a demon can make in a house? I do.

So I kicked them out. I did so as politely as I could but they kind of liked the place and really started not to like me. I tossed around some holy spells that made them flee (making more of a mess). I mean I am not some sort of clean freak but, they were sharpening their claws on my couch and just tossing stuff out of the fridge on to the floor. Anyways I used magic to start cleaning the place up

Journal Entry # 41 – 2

So I have been having these weird dreams I keep almost saving people but then this silent guy shows up and saves them and they wind up thanking him. I mean I don’t really care since the people are saved but it’s just strange.

Also people won’t shut up about some murder in the park. I was even tempted to resurrect the girl just so people would shut up but I suspect they would probably just start annoying her by asking her “hey did you hear about that girl who was murdered in the park.”So I have decided to let her rest. It would only annoy her to the point she would wish she were dead.

 You would think the Martial law or the demon thing would be a bigger topic but no, some girl died in the park

Journal Entry #41 - 7

Wut? So no seriously Wut?, For a neighbor… one of the few people who didn’t annoy me about some girl dying in the park; we were looking for her daughter who vanished.  Ok this is normalish… we found out a lot of girls with that name (Miyuki) have vanished. However during our investigation we determined that some punk Ozawa has been made the right hand man of Gotou the JSDF guy behind the Martial law and apparently a coup d'etat.

Ok world… world I rarely do this but I am demanding it now. I demand you start making some sense world. At least try to make sense. Maybe this Ozawa is secretly some powerful demon or something. Gotou is suggesting we all get lovey dovey with the demons wandering around eating people. Which at this point if they wouldn’t tell me about some woman in the park that was murdered I might just consider.

Journal Entry # 41 - 28

Ok, so we are kind of fucked. It seems like angels are behind the American government and are planning to Nuke Japan because… reasons… and this will help bring about their thousand years of peace but they couldn’t because of 4 gaurdian deities that put up a force field. Until someone went around and killed them for reasons. I found out about this from Gotou himself… now I am going to go try and talk to Thorman the head of the American forces here.

Journal Entry # 41 - 29

Fuck, fuck fuck fuck FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!11111….

So we arrived too late to find Thorman. It turns out he was actually Thor (because of course he was) and he was dying. There was a small group that ran past us in the hall and apparently they dealt Thor a mortal wound, Thor decided fuck you I am launching all the nukes.

Right now I am still writing this due to having an Extra dimensional Castle… that’s how we survived. I really feel like shit for all the people who died and right now all we can do is hide out like cowards until the radioactive fallout drops to survivable levels. I don’t know how many or what type of bomb was used but it could be “Safe” as soon as two weeks. We will probably wait a couple months before heading out in protective suits with Geiger counters.

Damn it if I didn’t have to fight demons ever 10 feet or listen to idiot spouting off about how some girl was murdered in the park all the time maybe I could have made it in time to prevent this.

Journal Entry # 41 – 48

So it’s fallout here… only replace ghouls and radscorpions with Demons and make it people are still huddled in whatever shelter kept them alive during the blast except for a few who wander about now for food. I have helped those who I can. This sucks I happen to notice that those affiliated with the church seem to have survived much better as have those affiliated with the demons… really the only people to be suffering or dead are those who were just normal people.

As soon as the angels and demons gather their strength again it’s going to start all over again. So much for 10,000 years of peace, which begs the question… why did all those people die. Well right now both sides are kind of weak so we have been attacking both of them. Not average humans duped or frightened in to serving them but the demons and angels themselves. Hopefully if I kick enough of them off the planet I’ll disrupt their plans.

Oh also that murder thing has to be a drawback because I have refugees telling me about some murder in the park… there is not even a park anymore.

Journal Entry # 41 - 78

So I have decided to have a chat with god himself. I gather he is kind of a dick but as many demons or angels as I kill/banish there seems to be more popping up. Hell some of the demons are exactly the same because when they die they just get sent back to the abyss… This may be my last entry because I don’t think YHVH is going to be too happy to see me.

Journal Entry # 41 – 79

Well I managed to talk my way in to heaven, through a lot of pissed off angels (some I may have sent back there) and I made it past Metatron because I am not talking to a go between.

I had a chat with YHVH… (Very respectfully) long story short I explained that people were terrified right now and that most of those worshiping him were doing it out of fear rather than love. It’s amazing that he didn’t grasp the get more flies with honey rather than vinegar concept.

At first he told me he was YHVH and who was I to tell him to do his job. Well I told him exactly who I was and my experience in his position (Well a similar one). Strangely we sort of began to sympathize with each other because I know he has a tough job and not the best universe (nothing makes any sense)
You know you never really appreciate how terrible of a job it really is until after you have to do it.

By the end I got him to agree to try to be a nicer god and to not wipe people who don’t believe in him out in mass anymore because they were still potential worshipers. Also I think I got him to relax the requirement that humanity had to believe exactly as he wanted. Honestly I think just giving him a sympathetic outlet to complain really did wonders. I mean he has many people to command and talk at but I really don’t think he has a sympathetic ear.

I wonder if this is the best I could do honestly. I am not thrilled with all the people I failed to save. YHVH killed a lot of people who will go unavenged but I have a feeling the best I could do was mildly annoy him if I tried and even if I succeeded it would likely cause more death and destruction. Hopefully my next jump is more morally clear cut.
