Nuts and Bolts any% Route Changes since 5/26/2014 pb

    -talk to Mr. Fit, get his code, and get the crates in the castle/hit the uptown warp before Nutty Acres Act 1 instead of after
    -Get 1 Strength upgrade from boggy because you hover faster
    -We collect the Green Jinjo, Yellow Jinjo and Green Minjo in the run now for notes (green jinjo/minjo gives 70 notes altogether, yellow Jinjo gives 125 notes)
-Crate 33 is collected right after Nutty Acres Act 1 instead of after Logbox Act 1-4 so we can have the Sticky Ball for logbox, it's needed for Act 4
    -Talk to Jolly Roger right before Nutty Acres Act 2 instead of Logbox Acts 1-3 so we can do LogBox Act 4 much earlier
    -The taxi mission in Banjoland Act 3 is replaced with a mission in Banjoland Act 2 because it's about the same time overall and the taxi mission in act 3 is a pain in the ass and out of the way
