Description: SCP-0604 (formerly known as Olivia Leogrande) is a female human of █████ descent.
SCP-0604 has brown hair and eyes, and at the time of this report, is 160cm in height and 57kg in weight. According to current records, it is unknown as to where
SCP-0604 was born. She is 16 years old and is in an unhealthy state of mind. SCP-0604 has the seemingly preternatural ability to externalize a great amount of annoyance, specifically
around the people she enjoys being around. SCP-0604's stated goal is to cause feelings of uncomfort in as many people as possible. The subject also displays the inability to think rationally, regardless of whoever she happens to be around.
When insulted, the subject has an extremely common habit of either being stubborn to a very great degree or fleeing the area like nothing happened.

According to witnesses, SCP-0604 is extremely dangerous to those who she attempts to talk to.
Olivia also has an uncanny obsession with a human male who is typically referred to Eben Warner. Though they have been close with eachother for a long amount of time, Eben
no longer shows any interest in being in a romantic relationship with her. If someone is to be seen around her "so", SCP-0604 canbecome eminently malignent.
Currently, there is no possible way to affect SCP-0604.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-0604 is to be contained at Site 118 in an airtight containment cell.
SCP-0604 must be constantly monitered for changes in behavior, as she is known to have hostile "mood swings" when by herself. These changes in behavior are to be
noted immediately. All personnel coming into contact with SCP-0604 are required to enroll in an acting course with a focus on expressing feelings of happiness and
curiosity. When feeding SCP-0604, do NOT provide her with anything from the company Starbucks. Under the circumstance of SCP-0604 consuming Starbucks, personnel should stayat least 6 meters away from her.

Every month, SCP-0604 may undergo her menstrual cycle. Before coming into contact with SCP-0604, it is advised that personnel should approach her in a calm manner; which
is mainly because she can be extremely aggressive for no particular reason towards anyone. If SCP-0604 is seen to be upset during this time, all personnel maintaining or studying SCP-0604 are to evacuate the cell immediately.
