question about a hentai manga

I'm used to check your website quite frequently
and  knowing your knowledge of hentais is extensive
i would like to know if you could help me.

I'm trying to find a hentai that i saw in 4chan a while ago
which i don't remember the name, and i can't seem to find it
anywhere...let me talk about the history so you maybe can help me

well...the history is in a place that i think it was some sort of island
and there was this hotel on this island...so the main character, the guy, go
to this island which is a place where he can basically have sex with any women
he wants to and this is told to him by the hostess of the hotel herself, so he
asks her to blow him right there and she does so

Later when he gets into his room someone knocks on his door and it was
3 or 4 girls that were there just to have sex with him and he find them so hot
that he fucks them right there in the aisle...

and the history goes on but i don't seem to remember much...
i'm always on 4chan telling people this story but people there don't seem
to help anyone finding shit, so i was hoping you to help me with this, i know i
didn't gave you a lot of info, but if you could try and link me to some hentais
with at least a similar story so i can check out and see if is that, it would be nice...
