Gotcha.
Basically let's start from the top.
A day after Pharmy removed my jutsu, Shinwa comes to attack me. This is a pattern that was directly shown from when Itka and Pharmy framed me of RPP/Jutsu theft or something like that claiming i used a secret passcode the game has (That was later disproven). They stripped me, got caught being abusive in certain ways and had to rectify it partially but not fully, and then send someone out to gank me.
Cool.
Shinwa comes, goes 2 tail cloak version two, has a chakra draining passive from touch alone, Kagura Shingen on during the fight
and all of this just gets ignored as I ask about it.
But surprise surprise . .
I'm doing well against the fight up until Pharmy makes some rulings that benefits Shinwa.
Last time I got screwed in a Pharmy gank, I got my char deleted (and the wipe died 7 days later)\
(Because I was actively showing proof on OOC that I was being abused and a good chunk of the PB left.)
(The others left in response to the lack of players, a chain of sorts)
So.
I rp surrendering.
Kool, I had to log out and I specifically ask Shinwa if he minds me logging out since combat was over

Cool, and he rp's that last paragraph KO'ing me, to which was after he allowed me to log off, which means he re-initated combat which I planned to contest since that would be contradicting his former statement.
I come back from the party I went to

I get summoned to konoha outta nowhere.

Apparantly Apothis has ordered my death specifically for "Abandoning the village" when Shu Hei and Fumiaki were both spared when we returned.

1. When I got accused of cheating and skipped in the tournamnet by Apothis based on OOC reasons that Pharmy told them, and I was later re-given the jutsu (to get taken away again recently.), I got told RP has occured past that point and so it's no longer allowed to go back.

Pharmy tried to strip me of my jutsu during the fight with an EC, because I was "evading too much"
which would have resulted in my death.
There's more examples of them trying to get me but, i'm not bullshitting here.
They legit banned me for showing SS'd of them abusing.
And Itka and Pharmy legit were a thing and Itka was proven to be EXTREMELY abusive, so idk why not Pharmy would be at least suspected.

I partially believe I'm going to die, just because Dragon doesn't like me, but . .
I also believe.
I'm overtly paranoid and that's likely just a manifestation of it.
Either way . .
I made a resolve to do 3 things.

Also, Apothis in this death verdict rp, brings elements of OOC once again that only Pharmy or to be more general, an admin could have told them about that was not actually ic. They claimed I was icly in the "Secret mansion" place, when I told them long ago my keyboard was jammed and that i didn't rp it, that i was spastically moving in there bc of it, yet it suddenly becomes ic here.
