  1. Here's the summary of the situation with the Bonus IL. It appears all snowflakes are needed to beat the level. That would make the two IL categories, Any% and All Snowflakes, identical. I am considering closing one of them (I'm leaning towards closing All Snowflakes) just like I did with El Pix All Snowflakes. With El Pix All Snowflakes, it is technically open to submit, but we put a 0:00.001 dummy run there and tell people to not submit in it because there's no snowflakes. https://www.speedrun.com/mis2021/level/El_Pix#All_Snowflakes I'm considering doing something like this for Bonus's IL.
  2.
  3. Close one of Any% or All Snowflakes open for Bonus IL:
  4. Pro - Players will only have to submit their runs once
  5. Pro - Runs/run time/WRs will not be artificially inflated for players/the game
  6. Pro - No redundant leaderboards
  7. Pro - Precedent has been set by closing El Pix All Snowflakes, though that's because it had no snowflakes
  8. Con - Both are technically valid categories
  9. Con - Players who want to run every Any% or every All Snowflakes can't compete in a technically valid category
  10. Con - In the event snowflakes can be skipped, the closed leaderboard needs to be opened by a mod and transferring runs from the other category could be needed
  11.
  12. Keep both Any% and All Snowflakes open for Bonus IL:
  13. Pro - Both are technically valid
  14. Pro - Players/the game can have more runs/run time/WRs
  15. Pro - Players caring about running every Any% or every All Snowflakes will be happy
  16. Pro - In the event snowflakes can be skipped, both leaderboards will be set up
  17. Con - Players would be obligated to submit all runs twice, or mods could have to maintain identical leaderboards
  18. Con - Runs/run time/WRs will be artificially inflated for players/the game
  19. Con - Keeping identical leaderboards is redundant
