  19. - Information you should try to find out when you receive a bomb threat call: What the bomb looks like, time remaining to detonation, what will set the bomb off, size of bomb and type of explosive used.
  20. - Steps to take when dealing with a suspected anthrax parcel: 1. Handle article securely with care. 2. Place envelope or package in a plastic bag or some other type of container to help prevent leakage of contents if letter or package is unopened. 3. Perform search on subject.
