Actually playing the server ( not just joining and afking )

Take some sits ( not many just enough to show that you actually care for the server more than people think ) [ seeing an owner on a server and taking sits, as a user looks good ]

Decrease the hours / activity in the discord / that you need to apply on the servers ( we need more staff for all servers not just DRP and PRP ) [ having a good staff team and an active one will get us more players in the long run ]

Join some public channels in the discord occasionally ( being active in voice channels with non staff members will get you closer to the server than before ) [ you will know what the players want without having to make polls or waiting for someone to report a bug on the forums that has been a bug for weeks ]

Lighten up on punishments on players. ( we made them heafty back in the day since we could replace players with new ones, banning players back in the day wasn't a problem ) [ we have too many bans so the unban wave needs to happen sooner rather than later ]
