  1. You can avoid the knockback from the jumps of Omegas by getting a shinespark at the same time.
  2.  
  3. You can get to a much higher altitude while space sparking by morphing and demorphing. By morphing, you reset the period of time that negates space jumps and by demorphing, you can do spacejumps with much higher altitude.
  4. There are 2 possible outcomes (based on timing) from demorphing to a spacejump, one is that you can gain a lot of height because the space jump goes upwards and the other one is that you move like a U and forward.

  10. You can manipulate how far and fast the Queen goes depending on how fast you are going to the right. Useful for doing the second and third phases of the Queen in one cycle on Hard 6%.

  12. Horizontal speed required to get a shinespark: 6.16, maybe stuttering reduces this.

  14. Missiles and beams can follow you whenever you fire and shinespark at the right time but the timing is pretty difficult. I haven't tested this but this could work just like in Super Metroid.
