INSTRUCTIONS FOR VYDRAK

- Applications should only be submitted to Instructors once the entrance obby requirement is fullfilled.

- Once an Instructor approves a user's application, they must create a profile for him/her.

- When creating a profile, this is the information an Instructor should submit: Name, Gender, Contact Information (Steam, Skype), Previous Aliases, Timezone

- Commendations cannot be awarded in the Academy, logs should only include the category (title) and a body (300 characters max), which is a space that allows the Instructor to describe a users performance

- The academy will follow a "you have 30 days to graduate or you will get kicked out" system. The system should inform a player with an automatic (roblox) private message when they only have 5 days left before they need to graduate.

- Mainframe should have two tabs on a users profile, one for the academy and one for the military. "Academy Career" and "Military Career".

- The first log in the Military career tab should be titled 'Velorum Military Academy Graduation', with a body that says "Congratulations, user has graduated the academy! Here is a small bonus attatched.", and a 5 commendation bonus.

- Only 'Instructors' or above in the academy and 'Captains' or above in the military can create logs.

- Each log should have a category (title), body (300 characters max), and a commendations bonus on the bottom. Category should be a drop down menu the selections should be: Defensive Operation, Offensive Operation, Standard Training, Capture Troopers Training, Infraction, Other.

- Parallel to the commendations attatched to that log or somewhere on the bottom should be the name of the person that log was submitted by. In addition, the log should have a date somewhere on it along with the time.

- The 'Other' log category can only be used by Generals or the Chairman. This log is used to reward other achievements/contributions such as lore, development, artwork, etc.

- Each log category should have a maximum number of comm

- A log categorized as an 'Infraction' is essentially a "bad log" given to those who violate the law. This log does not give commendations, it takes them away. The number you put in for commendations is added rather than

Captain - can take away a maximum of 20 commendations.
Colonel - can take away a maximum of 35 commendations.
General - can take away an unlimited # of commendations.
Chairman - can take away an unlimited # of commendations.
