  1. # Make the strongest case for your inclusion in our team. Focus on specific contributions you can make toward server management/development.
  2. #### You may look at my account and the time I’ve spent on this server and may think “well she hasn’t been here long enough” but in that short amount of time I’ve analyzed and picked up some factors that can help smooth out the process in this large community.

  4. (1.) For management of the server there should be either a 5 Mins or 10 Minute cool down when someone joins, to avoid soo many “Trolls” or “Spammers”. Now this can be see in many other servers, being a downside that there might be low traffic in how many people join but I think it will throw off, others purposely trying to throw off the channel.

  6. (2.) I’m not in staff or anything but in chat there’s been a lot of problems with so has the power to do certain things and with that problems that arise within the channel so a further review of who gets certain privileges should be checked.

  8. (3). I would definitely help bring about more entertainment with the Server. Since coming her I feel like we can liven things up by making Daily Events everyday like a list. Having Interns/Staff make sure to sign up for time slots to help host things (If any ideas needed I’ve got plenty) this should help with the development and increased activity when people know exactly a calendar schedule of what’s going on in the server

Overall though small ideas, i feel like I can really push towards making every member feel more included and not left out, especially new members who feels like the server, as it gets bigger, is overwhelming! So as Intern I’ll help promote anything that encourages more laughs and togetherness while still focusing on the task at hand!
