Right, let's make something clear as to the mechanics of this. I liked Paradox's skill points, so I'm using a hidden system of my own. Points will be allocated based on qualitative descriptors, because your characters are not omniscient. Sure, certain things can be measured in numbers, but all that math...is not your burden to bear. Anyway!

Personality: At a first glance, Kimiko tends to be relatively snide and abrasive, seldom really speaking unless it's to make a fool out of someone. Despite the literal chilling air around her, she carries a hot head on her shoulders, and tends to flare up in temper whenever something doesn't go her way.

Appearance: Ghastly pale skin overall, drained of all colour and with slight bluish tones around the cheeks. Eerily milk-white eyes.

Surprisingly cute face with an upturned, button nose. Black hair that contrasts from her skin, kept relatively short, with the bangs draped over her forehead.

Equipment: Essentially an oversized chakram. An enormous, bladed hoop that's capable of being used as well, a literal hula hoop.

Loose fitting, flowing garb. Essentially a blue kimono decorated with white specs resembling the snow, wide open sleeves.
