All Missions: Obvious

All Fire Souls: Think silver medals in Sonic 06 or sun/moon emblems in Unleashed
360. Definitely should be collected.

All Gold Medals: You'll need many golds and all silvers to unlock all skills, but
some levels you won't actually need gold on. Gold medals are equivalent to S ranks
in most other sonic games, only they are based entirely off time. I think they
should be included, though the precedent is somewhat mixed. Don't have a strong
opinion either way on this.

Max Level: Level 99...this kind of thing is essentially never done in runs. Easy
omission.

All Skills: This is the most controversial one. Most of the skills are fine, but you
need to get to level 72 for Hyper Surge (along with a few others in the high 60s).
This means there is going to be grinding, and I initially estimate an hour of it.
This number could be significantly off the mark in either direction though, and it
will depend on how much experience you gain in other places. I think from a
completeness perspective it only makes sense to get all the skills so right now I am
in favor of it. Honestly 100% is probably going to be bad enough anyways so a bit of
extra pain to try to keep 100% logical could be warranted. We're not talking OoT
100% here where an otherwise good category is going to be sabotaged...this is still
Sonic and the Secret Rings. Open to opinions here.

All Secret Book Entries: The Secret Book is like a combination of an unlockable
gallery and an achievement tracker across all files. If you delete all your files it
still maintains progress, so it is a disc unlock and not a file unlock. When I think
to DK64 101%, you don't need to watch the "K Rool Push Button" cutscene to unlock it
for the mystery menu, so I am inclined to believe file independent things should not
belong in a file-100%. Some of the pseudo-achievements include playing for 24 hours
and doing double-digit hours worth of tasks in "Party Mode" (think Mario Party), so
it isn't like omitting these is an entertainment loss. I think omitting this lives
up to the standards set by numerous other games with out-of-file unlocks that never
go away.

All Big Sightings: The only indication of these besides a few second cutscene is an
entry in the Secret Book. Thus, for the above reasons, I think they should be
omitted. If you are an entertainment-value believer, getting these would also
require replaying a lot of levels since the time wasted by them may prevent you from
getting a gold medal in one trip.
