  45. ReBoot, the world's first 100% computer animated TV show, features a standard battle of good vs. evil in a whole new battleground, inside a computer. Bob, the Guardian, teams up with Dot Matrix and her brother, Enzo, to fight off the evil viruses Megabyte and Hexadecimal.

It&#39;s not just a cartoon, but an imaginative work of art that keeps you fascinated for years after you&#39;ve seen every episode.<br/><br/>The crazy fun of some episodes contrasts with the emotional impact of the more dramatic ones. The feel of the show is never the same twice. But the characters are consistent and are so well-defined that no matter what situation they&#39;re put in, they pull it off without seeming out of place. They have an adaptability -and a surprising amount of humanity- that you rarely find even in most human actors.<br/><br/>The credit for that goes as much to the excellent writers and voice actors, as it does the programmers and animators. You can see very clearly that everyone at Mainframe Ent. put their hearts into this show, and care for it whether or not it&#39;s a ratings hit. And if I&#39;m wrong about that, then I guess ReBoot just has a magic all its own. ;) Maybe both.

Not only was ReBoot the world&#39;s first computer generated television show, but Mainframe Entertainment created one of the greatest cartoons to ever bless my Saturday mornings when it was shown on ABC back in 1994. Since then there a truly fantastic third season was created and is now shown on Cartoon Network (in the Toonami block). I have showed this show to many friends and turned them into fans.<br/><br/>I would also like to say that Beast Wars, while also made by Mainframe, just isn&#39;t nearly as funny, clever, well-written, and well-acted. Even their new series&#39;, Beast Machines and War Planets, are not as good as ReBoot still is!
