  2. Maltese browser game earned €800K last month and they got banned from adsense, and they sued Google for the ban. Google claims that they have used blackhat tactics to make users click ads, and Google included that they also used some sort of cloaking to hide it from Google editors.

  36. they say they refund the total amount(your portion and theirs too). I personally believe they're lying, it's definitely they refund part while keeping the remaining.

  48. Advertisers most times already got conversions from the clicks(though not all), refunding back to the advertisers for me is a bad move for the obvious reason that the advertisers have already made money from the ads.

  60. It was from this lawsuit. Basically googled closed accounts without telling why or paying out the the account owners. And then kept the money. You can find the official documents somewhere online but in this is it in a nutshell.
  61. Interesting that a Malta based company decide to use the UK High Court to pursue this against Google.
