It possesses a form so alien and fantastical that one might say that it was plucked from your nightmares by Nightmare Moon herself! Nopony can agree on the specifics, but it is known fact that it feeds on those who wander the night alone...

It takes pleasure in hurting us. The horror loves nothing more than to inflict upon us a fate worse than death, one that leaves us maimed and denied our senses, plunging us into deprivation and making us dead to all those around us. She plunges our minds into the agony of watching parts of us slowly die out.

She has a fondness for those of the fairer sex, grabbing and doing things to them that make them change. No one knows what she does but those that survive? They come back deranged, tainted, and ruined by the dark power of the beast... Their eyes, speech, hearing and more, stripped of them by the beast.
