Steps, what I did:

1. setup a fresh, new Win7 x64 virtual machine in VMware/Virtualbox/Parallels etc... (Virtual Machine)
2. download Windev, Windev Mobile and Webdev from ftp://ftp.pcsoft.com/wx20_66r/

3. install Windev, when asked take the 32-bit version (very important! 32bits), don't start after install

4. repeat these steps with WM and WB. Install IIS, no other Webserver
5. Start WD20alive as admin (run it in administrator MODE)
6. Install Testmode, restart
7. Tell WD20alive where the three EXE-files are (Windev, Webdev, Windev Mobile)
8. Install Emulator
9. Enjoy!
