  1. 01. Lepus
  2. Real Name: Judy Hopps
  3. Species: Rabbit
  4. Star Power: Rabbit Speed
  5. Marking: Back
  6. Type: Controlled
  7.
  8. Bio: Judy Hopps was a police officer in Zootopia who suddenly found herself gifted with the power of Lepus after a bank robbery went wrong. Enlisted by the government, her, her partner Nick Wilde, and 88 traitor Orion travel the world to hunt and imprison every member of the 88.
  9.
  10. Appearance: A female rabbit with lavender eyes. She’s lean, but not lacking in muscles. While she is mostly seen wearing a police uniform, for her adventures across the world she wears jeans and a blue jacket, with a pink flannel shirt. The jacket is decorated with the stars for Lepus, as it was custom made for her. Her star markings are on her back.
  11.
  12. Stats:
  13. Strength – A – Physical attacks hit much harder, due to the speed increase.
  14. Speed – S – Can create sonic booms, but that’s hardly the limit to her speed.
  15. Range – C – Time slows for her only, making it so that the power functionally only affects things she can see.
  16. Durability – E – Does not protect her small, fragile rabbit body, though it does enhance her dodging abilities.
  17. Precision – D – Her speed can be difficult to control at times, and sometimes activates on its own automatically.
  18. Potential – A – Speed is governing force of the universe, and her ability to tap into it is unmatched. However, her lack of experience and vision make it difficult for her to live up to the power’s true potential.
  19.
  20. Abilities: Lepus is granted the power of super speed and is able to travel at speeds faster than all living creatures, and most vehicles. Her speed is useful for augmenting her punches, and in certain tense situations, she can even produce sonic booms. When the ability is used, time slows down only for her, letting her get a baring on any situation. Lepus’ combination of quick wits and speed make her a force to be reckoned with.
  21.
  22. Weaknesses: With this speed, comes a rather great cost, however. Extended periods of use, around 5 hours in her slowed down time, 30 minutes in normal time, will result in fatigue, or worse. This can be attributed to her body having a delayed reaction to the speed she’s traveling at. Her time slow ability only lasts while she is moving and can easily be manipulated by clever enemies. Lepus’ enhanced speed affects other areas of her life, including how she experiences the passage of time, the speed of her thoughts, her sleep pattern, and metabolism.
  23.
  24.
  25. 02. Vulpecula Subject Two
  26. Real Name: Nick Wilde
  27. Species: Red Fox
  28. Star Power: Fox Fire
  29. Marking: N/A
  30. Type: Controlled
  31.
  32. Bio: During their travel throughout the world, an odd thing happened to Nick Wilde. After a bizarre circumstance with Pisces, he suddenly gained the attributes of Vulpecula, despite there already being a registered Vulpecula. This has caused great interest from the leader of the 88.
  33.
  34. Appearance: A male red fox. Rather lanky, without much muscle. Tall for a fox. He wears a variety of tacky floral pattern shirts and equally tacky ties. Pants vary. He has no star marking on his body.
  35.
  36. Stats:
  37. Strength – A – Can fire flames that can melt through steel. However, this requires a lot of effort and concentration on his part.
  38. Speed – B – Creating the flames can take him a few seconds to do, but once the flames are on, they won’t go away until he commands.
  39. Range – E – While he can fire ranged projectiles, the effect of the power is limited only to his body. He cannot control other flames.
  40. Durability – A – Can cover himself in flames, and can potentially turn himself into living fire, becoming intangible.
  41. Precision – B – Preciseness is a key element in his fighting strategy, though the flames he shoots can be altered through various means outside his control. Once the fire is off of his body, he can no longer control it.
  42. Potential – C – Potential is limited with Subject 2’s form of the Fox Fire power, mostly due to his own lack of creativity with the flames themselves. Subject 2 will tend to use the fire in creative ways with the environment, rather than with himself.
  43.
  44. Abilities: Subject 2 can create extremely hot flames from his body, enough to melt directly through solid objects if he exerts enough effort. He can also fling fire as projectiles, and shoot streams of flames, giving him flight. He can cover his entire body in fire, and with an advanced technique, even turn completely into living fire. Subject 2 is clever and cunning and tends to use whatever environmental advantage he can in fights.
  45.
  46. Weaknesses: Subject 2’s form of the Fox Fire is noticeably weaker than Vulpecula Prime’s version. His range, and by extension potential, are cut down immensely. However, he retains the same main weaknesses beyond that. Water can douse his flames remarkably easily, and extensive use of the fire can result in overheating, and at worst, burn marks.
  47.
  48.
  49. 03. Orion
  50. Real Name: N/A
  51. Species: Jackal
  52. Power: Weapon Master
  53. Marking: Chest
  54. Type: Automatic
  55.
  56. Bio: A mysterious member of the 88 without any memories of his past, though he can assume what happened to them. He became a turncoat to the organization after Lepus inspired him to do better with his life. He now helps her train her power and joins them to track down and apprehend the rest of the 88.
  57.
  58. Appearance: A grey jackal, slightly more built than most others of his species. He wears a hood with a zip-up hood that doubles as a mask, as well as black jeans. His star marking is located on his chest.
  59.
  60. Stats:
  61. Strength – C – Strength varies, but generally applies to whichever weapon he is currently using. he himself is strong for a mammal.
  62. Speed – C – Speed can also vary, though he himself has above average natural speed.
  63. Range – E – Range is limited to his own paws.
  64. Durability – C – Weapons can be used for defensive purposes as well, though this, again, varies.
  65. Precision – A – He will enter a trance when fighting, most likely an extension of the power, and uses his current weapon in increasingly deadly ways.
  66. Potential – A – His ability to use anything as a weapon gives him almost limitless potential. His only limitations are what is currently around him.
  67.
  68. Abilities: Orion’s power is to use any possible object as a functional, deadly weapon. This extends to literally anything, such as pillows, umbrellas, pieces of toast, and other living beings. His trance-like state when in a fight is attributed to the power as well and gives him the focus of a trained killer no matter what. Orion himself is relatively fit and well trained and is above average in paw-to-paw fights. Orion also has the ability to sense other Star Kits, though its unknown if this is related to his power or not.
  69.
  70. Weaknesses: Orion‘s power is functionally useless in some cases. He is limited by whatever is around him, and even if he has an object to use, there’s no guarantee that it will be effective on the current opponent. Another limitation is that the object must be large enough for him to fully grab onto, things like dust and sand cannot be used as weapons for him.
  71.
  72.
  73. 04. Canis Major
  74. Real Name: Damien Fenris
  75. Species: Wolf
  76. Star Power: Hunter’s Hearing
  77. Marking: Left shoulder
  78. Type: Automatic
  79.
  80. Bio: The eldest of the Fenris siblings. Him and his brother were abandoned at early ages and had to fight on the streets to survive. Damien is the stronger, smarter one of the two, but is also rather quiet, preferring actions to words. He tries to keep his brother out of trouble, usually unsuccessfully.
  81.
  82. Appearance: A rather large, muscular wolf, larger than most. He wears tattered biker gear, including leather jeans and jackets. His jacket is embroidered with a stylized, howling wolf, the symbol of the Wolf Pack, a Zootopian gang. His star marking is located on the back of his left shoulder.
  83.
  84. Stats:
  85. Strength – E – Enhanced hearing does little to enhance his strength. To make up for this, he himself is naturally strong.
  86. Speed – A – The speed of sound travels very fast, so he is capable of picking up noise almost instantly.
  87. Range – A – Hearing is good enough to pick up whispers from two hundred miles away.
  88. Durability – E – Enhanced hearing also does little to protect him.
  89. Precision – A – Hearing can be modified to pick up a single target, no matter how quiet they are.
  90. Potential – D – Enhanced hearing has little potential in direct combat, but he is smart enough to use it rather creatively.
  91.
  92. Abilities: Canis Major is gifted with incredibly enhanced hearing. He has the ability to pick up specific noises, no matter how small, in a two-hundred-mile radius. Paired with his brother, they become an incredible hunting force, and are the main enforcers for Zootopia. Canis Major himself is physically strong, more so than most of his species, but it is a natural strength.
  93.
  94. Weaknesses: When Canis Major hears a loud sound up close, it can result in instant headaches, nausea, or paralysis for a few seconds, or a minute depending on how loud the noise was. He has learned to overcome these over the course of his life, but it will still leave him heavily vulnerable. Canis Major also has a weak spot for his brother and will protect him at most costs.
  95.
  96.
  97. 05. Canis Minor
  98. Real Name: Carlyle Fenris
  99. Species: Wolf
  100. Star Power: Hunter’s Tracking
  101. Marking: Right shoulder
  102. Type: Automatic
  103.
  104. Bio: Carlyle Fenris is the younger of the two Fenris siblings. Him and his brother were abandoned at early ages and had to fight on the streets to survive. Carlyle is rather dim-witted, and loves to get into fights, resulting in him becoming battered and disfigured in a few areas. He resents his brother for “smothering him”.
  105.
  106. Appearance: An incredibly lanky wolf. Missing several teeth, and various obvious injuries covering his body. He dresses similarly to his brother, as he is also a member of the Wolf Pack. Sometimes wears a protective helmet with a spike on it. His marking is located on his right shoulder, the exact opposite of his brother, and is hardly noticeable, something which he doesn’t like.
  107.
  108. Stats:
  109. Strength – E – Like his brother, his power does very little to augment his own strength.
  110. Speed – A – His nose is fast enough to pick up scents even after they’ve faded for anyone else.
  111. Range – A – Like his brother, he can pick up smells within a 200-mile radius.
  112. Durability – E – Still does very little to protect him.
  113. Precision – A – He can pinpoint specific scents, no matter how obscure.
  114. Potential – E – Less potential than even his brother’s. While he uses the power to track down opponents, he is not smart enough to use it for anything else.
  115.
  116. Abilities: Canis Minor has an incredible sense of smell and is able to pinpoint specific smells from within a two-hundred-mile radius. His nose is good enough to pinpoint incredibly obscure smells, and he can even use it to pinpoint where it is and what is currently happening. With his brother, they make an incredible pair of hunters. Canis Major himself is more durable than his lanky appearance would suggest.
  117.
  118. Weaknesses: Canis Major’s nose can lead to his downfall in many occasions. Due to how sensitive it is, even minor bad smells can cause him to freak out. This goes in the opposite direction as well, as good smells can leave him distracted. Canis Major is also an idiot and tends to rush into fights brazenly. His lack of concern for his brother can often leave him vulnerable as well.
  119.
  120.
  121. 06. Monoceros
  122. Real Name: Henry Whitner
  123. Species: White Horse
  124. Star Power: Delusion Horn
  125. Marking: Forehead
  126. Type: Channeled
  127.
  128. Bio: Henry Whitner was born with a growth on his forehead, which took the form of a large horn. He was mocked for it early in life, but soon found he could channel his power to cause hallucinations through it. Using those powers to cover them up, Whitner moved through the ranks to become one of the richest mammals alive, and the CEO of ZNN.
  129.
  130. Appearance: A white horse, with a horn-shaped bone growth on his forehead. However, due to his power, he can make his horn vanish from others’ sight whenever he wishes. He dresses in a black business suit and is very tall. Always stands with correct posture. His marking is located on his forehead, the horn forming the central star. This can be covered up alongside his horn.
  131.
  132. Stats:
  133. Strength – D – The illusions he can cast are incapable of dealing damage unless the mammal affected thinks its real. When that comes into play, strength depends on what is manifested.
  134. Speed – C – It can take a while for the illusions to kick in, but it depends on the afflicted’s level of imagination. It manifests faster in cleverer opponents, and slower on less imaginative ones. It manifests faster on lower intelligent mammals as well.
  135. Range – B – Limited to whoever he can see, but the illusions can follow anyone afflicted with them for up to an hour, with no range limit.
  136. Durability – C – The illusions are durable, but considerably less durable than actual objects. They can easily be shattered like glass, but like the strength attribute, this changes if the afflicted mammal believes they are real.
  137. Precision – B – He can manifest this power through a light in his horn. While this can be used on single opponents, anyone who sees the light will be afflicted with the illusions, if Monoceros wishes. If he is unaware of someone catching the light, they will suffer the effects no matter what.
  138. Potential – A – he can manifest practically anything as an illusion, allowing for tons of psychological strategies.
  139.
  140. Abilities: Monoceros can create a bright light from his horn, which causes anyone who sees it to go into a hallucinatory trance, akin to being drugged or stoned. In this state, Monoceros can summon up any form of being, place, or object as an illusion seen only by the one in the trance. These illusions can be used for combat, as well as psychological manipulation. Monoceros is cunning and uses his intelligence to mess with opponents.
  141.
  142. Weaknesses: Monoceros’ light can be easily trounced by simply covering your eyes. When in the trance, illusions become completely ineffective if the entranced mammal realizes they are illusions. The illusions are otherwise weak when this happens, and practically leaves Monoceros open under most circumstances. Monoceros himself is weak, with no real training. He can be taken out by a single blow, if its strong enough. He is also very sensitive about his horn.
  143.
  144.
  145. 07. Volans
  146. Real Name: Kio Landis
  147. Species: Pacific Rat
  148. Star Power: Light Levitation
  149. Marking: Belly
  150. Type: Controlled
  151.
  152. Bio: Kio Landis is one of the various minions under Cancer’s payroll on Kararehemotu. He disguises himself as a spirit and threatens a local village into offering all of their fruit to a non-existent volcano god. When not doing that, he spends his time relaxing on the beach, becoming a permanent vacationer.
  153.
  154. Appearance: A brown pacific rat, usually dressed in jeans, floral shirt, sunglasses and white undercoat while not on duty. His few parts not covered in fur have a very noticeable tan, and he is slightly heavier than most other pacific rats. When in disguise as a spirit, he uses a pointed tiki mask, vaguely shaped like a canine head. The mask has a back part to it, to make it look like a floating head. It also has two blue LED lights attached to the eye holes, and a mouth flap. Volans himself looks through a pair of holes between the eyes. His marking is located on his belly.
  155.
  156. Stats:
  157. Strength – D – Levitation powers make for rather painful ramming attacks.
  158. Speed – A – He can zip around faster than most birds can.
  159. Range – E – He can only make himself, and anything he’s holding, levitate.
  160. Durability – E – He’s a tiny mouse, and his power doesn’t really protect him. He is very good at avoiding attacks, however.
  161. Precision – A – Years of training allow him to fly around with ease, stopping on a dime if he wants to.
  162. Potential – E – His power is rather limited in a fight, unfortunately.
  163.
  164. Abilities: Volans’ only true power is to make himself weightless, letting him hover in the air. He can directly control his flight, as well. The only extent his power can reach is the ability to make anything he grabs equally weightless and let him fly around while carrying other objects and mammals. His small size makes him a hard target to hit. His voice is also surprisingly deep.
  165.
  166. Weaknesses: Power is not very useful in combat. Volans himself is remarkably out of shape, due to his power letting him get out of things like moving. He can barely take a hit, due to his small size. Is a complete coward, and is willing to sell out anyone if threatened.
  167.
  168.
  169. 08. Delphinus
  170. Real Name: Otis Moofloo
  171. Species: Mouflon
  172. Star Power: Dolphin’s Dive
  173. Marking: Dorsal fin
  174. Type: Automatic
  175.
  176. Bio: Otis Moofloo was born heavily disfigured, his bone structure changed to match that of an aquatic mammal like a dolphin, mixed with a mouflon. His parents abandoned him, and he was left in the sewer of a northern city. He became an urban legend but was eventually revealed to be a Star Kit by the members of the 88. He then joined Cancer’s schemes and became another urban legend to the residents of Kerarehemotu. He herds the fish to Cancer’s fishing boats, while keeping them away from villages.
  177.
  178. Appearance: Delphinus is a rather ugly creature, due to the bizarre mixture of dolphin and sheep. His head mostly resembles a normal mouflon’s complete with ram horns, but his teeth are sharp, like a shark’s. Certain pars of his body, his upper arms and lower legs, alongside his back, are furless, instead covered in grey scales. These scales are also noticeable around the mouth area as well. These furless areas also have several fins, with his back having a dorsal fin. Usually smells, due to spending a lot of time in the water. His hooves are split, and are far more pointed than other sheep hooves, turning them into claws. He wears a pair of blue swim trunks, and his marking is located on the side of his dorsal fin.
  179.
  180. Stats:
  181. Strength – B – His augmented body makes him physically much stronger than most sheep.
  182. Speed – B – His mutations make him clumsy on land, but his speed is unmatched in the water.
  183. Range – E – The power is limited entirely to himself.
  184. Durability – A – Mutations give him much thicker, rubber like skin, allowing him to take hits better
  185. Precision – D – His violent personality don’t allow him to land hits that well.
  186. Potential – E – Swimming and fighting is all he’s really made for.
  187.
  188. Abilities: His mutations allow for enhanced combat abilities. His claws and jaws are incredibly powerful, capable of ripping through wood. His skin is thick and rubbery, letting him take tough hits. His main power is his ability to last underwater for a long time, longer than even dolphins and whales can. His swimming speed is incredible, and his combat abilities are improved even more while underwater. His main technique is ramming into opponents with his horns.
  189.
  190. Weaknesses: Incredibly clumsy on land. His temper is bad and he has barely any social skills. He mostly just hates anything due to his early trauma. His mutations also make him much easier to spot than other members of the 88, leading him to make his home an underwater cave. Very easily angered, to the point of blinding rage.
  191.
  192.
  193. 09. Chamaeleon
  194. Real Name: Edward Nevla
  195. Species: Indian Mongoose
  196. Star Power: Sneaky Invisibility
  197. Marking: Lower back
  198. Type: Controlled
  199.
  200. Bio: Edward Nevla was a rather ordinary thief from Zootopia, who discovered that he had a rather extraordinary power. He went on a brief crime spree, using his invisibility to rob museums and banks. He was inducted into the 88 once they found him, which took a while. He now works as Cancer’s personal assistant, and as his spy. He works as a body guard part-time for the Slo-Go Resort and makes use of his powers to catch intruders who stray too close to Cancer’s plans.
  201.
  202. Appearance: A ratty looking mongoose, dressed in a rather casual business suit. His rough appearance clashes with his otherwise formal dress, and he doesn’t particularly like it either. When on duty, he takes on a much lighter green body suit, alongside a mask to conceal his identity. His marking is located at the tip of his tail, around his lower back.
  203.
  204. Stats:
  205. Strength – E – The power does not enhance his strength in any way.
  206. Speed – B – His invisibility takes only a moment for it to activate, and his natural speed allows him to make quick getaways.
  207. Range – D – If he concentrates hard, he can turn an object 2-meters away from him invisible.
  208. Durability – E – While the power helps him avoid hits, it doesn’t help him take them.
  209. Precision – C – When turning other objects invisible, it can be precise enough to pick very small objects.
  210. Potential – C – Invisibility is useful in combat, and allows him to play dirty.
  211.
  212. Abilities: Chamaeleon’s power allows him to turn completely invisible. This lets him easily sneak into places, and spy on others. He also gains the power to cling to walls, helping with his espionage skills even more. If he concentrates hard enough, he can cause a single nearby object to become invisible. This only lasts for around 30 seconds, however. Chamaeleon himself is fast, as mongooses tend to be.
  213.
  214. Weaknesses: As one would expect, the invisibility only applies to Chamaeleon’s ability to be seen. He can still be heard and smelled, and a single wrong move can blow his cover. If an outer layer is applied to his body while invisible, (EG. Paint, flour) it will allow him to be tracked easily. Chamaeleon is weak, and cowardly, and will rat others out to save his own skin.
  215.
  216.
  217. 10. Tucana
  218. Real Name: Axel Steeren
  219. Species: Chital
  220. Star Power: Freshly Squeezed
  221. Marking: Upper thigh
  222. Type: Controlled
  223.
  224. Bio: Axel Steeren was inducted into the 88 very early in his life, and was made into one of Cancer’s special bodyguards, a group known as the Birds of Paradise. He always had doubts about the 88’s causes and was never sure about who he truly was. After an incident where a mammal he liked was killed by Cancer, his doubt became even more apparent. After encountering Judy, Axel has a change of heart, and joins her to hunt down the rest of the 88.
  225.
  226. Appearance: Axel is rather effeminate, dressing in a furred red coat and black leather pants. Other than that, he resembles a rather normal chital. He enjoys doing exaggerated poses when he attacks and is very flirtatious.
  227.
  228. Stats:
  229. Strength - B - Depends on the type of fruit he uses for his attacks, and how he decides to use them. For example, being shot with a blueberry at high speeds hurts a lot.
  230. Speed - C - The speed of the fruits he can manipulate are dependent on their relative size. Smaller fruits can be moved at higher speeds, while larger ones can’t.
  231. Range - B - Tucana can manipulate any fruits within a distance of 1 square mile, but only ones he is aware of.
  232. Durability - C - Fruits aren’t especially durable, but it depends more on the types of fruits used.
  233. Precision - B - Tucana’s training and wily personality has made him remarkably accurate when flinging his fruit around.
  234. Potential - B - While his power may sound limited, Tucana has come up with some very creative ways of using it.
  235.
  236. Abilities: Tucana can manipulate anything that is considered a fruit. This covers anything attributed to the fruit, including its juice, and even digested remnants within someone’s stomach. He is also capable of reforming smaller fruits but is unable to do so with larger ones. He has come up with many ways to use this power, depending entirely on the fruits at his disposal. The use of fruit juice acts similar to liquid manipulation, and he can also form different weapons by combining fruits together. His ultimate technique has him form into a fruit golem. Tucana is also capable of charming most mammals.
  237.
  238. Weaknesses: Tucana’s power becomes worthless when fighting in an area without any fruit. Even with fruit, proper attacks can neutralize his abilities. His fruit are also very fragile and smashing them is an easy feat for stronger enemies. Larger fruits are tougher to manipulate for him, leading to him mostly using smaller fruits in order to fight.
  239.
  240.
  241. 11. Apus
  242. Real Name: Erica Fleecer
  243. Species: Sheep
  244. Star Power: ROY G BIV
  245. Marking: Back, hidden under wool
  246. Type: Channeled
  247.
  248. Bio: Erica Fleecer was a fashion designer who used her power to create new outfits. After she retired, she was made into the leader of the Birds of Prey, Cancer’s personal set of bodyguards. She’s bossy and is only working for the 88 due to her payments. She acts as a celebrity for the resort, and is practically a permanent resident, aside from her occasional trips to the mainland for shopping.
  249.
  250. Appearance: Apus wears a long coat covered in a rainbow pattern, which helps use her powers. She has remarkably trimmed wool but is slightly out of shape from her years of relaxation. Her marking is directly on her back but is covered by wool.
  251.
  252. Stats:
  253. Strength - B - She has a few very powerful attacks, but it’s limited by the colors she has.
  254. Speed - D - She is rather out of shape, but one of her color powers lets her escape fights quickly.
  255. Range - C - Apus can only control the colors of anything she is currently touching, though through heavy concentration she can manipulate a single color on a single object that is 3 meters away from her. Once she has gained a color, she is capable of using it for distances of 20 meters.
  256. Durability - C - A number of her color-based powers, though none on her outfit, give her boosted defense.
  257. Precision - A - She is capable of manipulating colors extremely well. When manipulating far away objects, she is capable of picking specific colors, no matter how little is on the object. She is even capable of splitting composite colors into their base colors if she wants.
  258. Potential - A - She has a different power for every color on the spectrum, leading to thousands of different abilities, most of which she hasn’t used. She tends to stick with the standard set of rainbow colors.
  259.
  260. Abilities: Apus has the ability to control colors through a variety of means. The first is that she can absorb the colors into her wool, allowing her to use different powers based on the color. Her robe is adorned with red (strengthening), orange (fire), yellow (speed), green (energy blast), blue (water), indigo (intangibility), and violet (repulsion) material, giving her a wide array of powers by default. She can store this color in her wool for an indefinite period, but it will return to its original home after being used. She is also capable of using color as a weapon itself, creating a liquid-light construct that she can whip around. Whenever she absorbs the color of an object, it turns gray. Objects that have been turned gray have that specific part that was stolen of them rendered bland and lifeless. Apus is also capable of removing colors from living beings as well. Like with objects, the removal of certain colors can lead to temporary emotional problems.
  261.
  262. Weaknesses: Apus is only capable of storing one color at a time, though she can manipulate multiple colors that aren’t attached to her wool. Color returning to its original location takes a few seconds, leaving her open if she has run out of any nearby useful colors. Not all the powers granted are useful. She has an extremely vain personality and seems to barely care about anything but herself. She is not very physically active, resulting in weak paw-to-paw combat.

  265. 12. Pavo
  266. Real Name: Hillary Meyo
  267. Species: Hoary Bat
  268. Star Power: Blinded by The Light
  269. Marking: On the skin of her right wing
  270. Type: Controlled
  271.
  272. Bio: Hillary Meyo was born into the normal night life of a bat, but her sunny personality and optimistic outlook isolated her to the other bats in her cave-town. An assault resulted in her discovering her powers, which brought her to the attention of the 88. They soon took her in and assigned her to Cancer’s Slow-Go Resort. Cancer found her power incredibly useful for covering up his shady business and made her one of his Birds of Paradise. She works as greeter at the resort, specifically taking pictures for specialized IDs.
  273.
  274. Appearance: Pavo looks like a normal hoary bat but is usually dressed in a stewardess outfit due to her job. This consists mainly of a blue outfit and small hat, none of which cover her wings, helping her use her powers better. When off-duty, she usually wears fashionable outfits in bright colors.
  275.
  276. Stats:
  277. Strength – D – While useful in combat, Pavo’ blinding powers aren’t particularly powerful, physically. She is usually locked into the role of support during the Birds of Paradise’s battles.
  278. Speed – A – With her power being based around light, its only natural that they would come out at light-speed.
  279. Range – C – The flashes usually only spread out over a few meters, making them decently ranged. They can also affect multiple people caught in the flash.
  280. Durability – D – Her power does not protect her in any defensive ways, but she can block herself from the sight of others with it, giving her some minor defensive capabilities.
  281. Precision – C – The area of her flashes can be manipulated depending on area, her wing positioning, and height. Though with them being non-physical, it is hard for Pavo to fully aim her flashes.
  282. Potential – C – Her flashes can block out all kinds of conceptual aspects, but its mostly limited to support in most battles.
  283.
  284. Abilities: Pavo can shoot out blinding lights from her wings. While these can be used to simply blind adversaries like a flashbang, it can also be used to completely block out people, objects, or even conceptual aspects of reality. For example, while employed under Cancer, she used her power to blind every visitor from the criminal activities going on behind the scenes. These can last indefinitely but can potentially be broken. Being a bat, she also has the ability to fly. Her blinding flashes are enhanced if used in darker areas, or on creatures with sensitive eyes.
  285.
  286. Weaknesses: Her blinding flashes can be stopped by simply closing your eyes, in most cases at least. Even if blocked, the affected will still remember what she blocked if they already previously saw it, as such she cannot permanently block herself from the sight of others. Being a bat, she has very limited direct combat capabilities, and is very fragile. As her powers can be enhanced while in the darker areas, they can be weakened in brighter areas. They are still fully capable of being used but have much less range or power.

  288.
  289. 13. Cancer
  290. Real Name: Jeremiah Foligo (Potential pseudonym)
  291. Species: Sloth
  292. Star Power: All Bones About It
  293. Marking: Right leg
  294. Type: Channeled
  295.
  296. Bio: Like most of the Zodiac, not much is known about Cancer’s early life. Being one of the original 12 to gain their powers, Cancer is one of the strongest of the entire 88. Sometime after gaining his power, Cancer set up base in Kararehemotu, creating a resort in order to cover up his shady dealings. Cancer is a collector of bones, and uses the money made from the resort and his smuggling ring in order to purchase fossils of all kinds.
  297.
  298. Appearance: Cancer is a brown-throated sloth, usually only seen in a black business suit. In most cases, he hides himself in his private quarters unless absolutely necessary. The most notable thing about him, otherwise, is his movement speed, which is well above that of ordinary sloths. This is thanks to his power, which allows him to move his own bones at any pace he feels like.
  299.
  300. Stats:
  301. Strength – A – Cancer’s ability to control bones allows him to control the strength of his own body, giving him tremendous physical strength.
  302. Speed – B – While acting almost instantly, any changes that Cancer makes in the bone structure of himself and others will take a few seconds to fully form, giving opponents a slight amount of reaction time.
  303. Range – C – The ability is confined almost entirely to Cancer’s own body, for the most part. Any bones that he touches can be manipulated as long as they are in 20 meters of distance from him. He is also capable of corrupting the bones of others if they touch one of his bones, but they must remain in sight for him to do so. Cancer is also capable of launching his own bone growths as projectiles.
  304. Durability – A – With a complete control over his own bone structure, Cancer is fully capable of modifying their density. In most fights, he will make them absolutely rock solid.
  305. Precision – A – Cancer can modify any bone he wishes with a single thought, and the things he can create from bones are limited only by his imagination.
  306. Potential – A – A terrifying power, Cancer is capable of many kinds of attacks, and the changes he can make to bodies are practically infinite.
  307.
  308. Abilities: Cancer has the ability to completely control his own bone structure, twisting it to his whim without suffering any pain or dying. This includes creating bones outside of his own skin, allowing him to create powerful bone weapons, bone armor, and even bone monsters around his own body. The possibilities are completely limitless for him. He is also able of “corrupting” other bones with a simple touch, allowing him to transform and control them as well. If one of his own bones comes in contact with another person, then he will be able to completely control their bone structure as well. As a sloth, Cancer is naturally armed with sharp claws.
  309.
  310. Weaknesses: As with his own bone structure, any other body that he twists will be able to survive the changes made without feeling much pain. He is also still completely limited by the muscle of a body, meaning that he cannot completely transform his or anyone else’s body beyond their usual confines. He can only control corrupted individuals if they are within his sight, as they have more will than separate bones. If Cancer is knocked out, all bone growths he created will vanish, and everything will return to normal. This can also happen if the corrupted is knocked out, though in that case it will only return them to normal. Being a sloth, Cancer’s brain functions remain a bit slowed compared to his physical actions. This mostly limits his imagination, preventing him from getting the most out of his powers in most cases.
