  1. Et-Tikch'a's/Linabelle's Backstory
  2. Et-Tikch'a - Current disguise named Vassilia Karras Larine Kandros Linabelle, was hatched on Binur the 24th, in the year 807 within Threwood. Her parents are unknown, even to her, as she crawled out into the open air after hatching and immediately began adjusting to the surroundings. Et-Tikch'a spent approximately their first year of life as a feral Redi-Kreen, preying upon the wildlife and knowing within their natural instincts to avoid contact with other races at all costs. At this point, Et-Tikch'a believed it to be in her best interests to follow the normal flowchart that was expected of her kind. As such, she decided to begin assimilating into civilized society.
  3.
  4. After several months of searching and preparing Mimic Leeches, unused to them, she managed to come across a merchant caravan that had been attacked. Judging by the lack of goods left, it was most likely bandits. Either way, there were almost no survivors besides a young girl who was grieving the loss of what was probably her loved ones. Et'Tikch'a was hidden within the brush, unable to hide her presence from the natural predator that was Et-Tikch'a. Due to Kreen physiology which made them mature by the age of 7 or 8, the 1 year old Et-Tikch'a already looked to be around a toddler's height, for a giant spiderant. She stealthily approached the young girl, unknowing of what awaited her before restraining and dragging her off to her abode, where she used the Mimic Leeches to feast on and form a suit of the girl's flesh.
  5.
  6. Fully costumed in what was approximately a 3 year old's appearance, she walked along the road until a search party for the caravan arrived and took her back to the nearby capital of Saustinum. Et-Tikch'a played silent for a long while, due to not knowing the Common language or human mannerisms. She decided to play the part of a child so thoroughly traumatized by the caravan attack that she lost most sense of self, which the original girl's parents believed. Thus, for the next year Et-Tikch'a spent every moment absorbing as much knowledge of civilized culture and language as possible, most of it being human culture.
  7.
  8. Upon reaching the age of 2, the quickly growing Et-Tikch'a already no longer fit within her skinsuit, her true form being about the size of a 6 year old. She very suddenly left home, fitted with the knowledge she required to properly begin life as a Redi-Kreen and shed the suit. She was easily able to acquire a new one with her acquired knowledge. Et-Tikch'a lived her life in this suit as a slumchild, purposely so. She spent about a year living the life of a rough and tumble scamp in the poor districts of Saustinum.
  9.
  10. Once again at the age of 4 she began to outgrow her outfit, but had anticipated it much better this time. She had been studying a teenage girl from the upper crust of society for several months, learning her mannerisms, ticks, personality, and other traits. Once she was confident in her ability, she wore a suit of the rich teenage girl, and assumed her identity, and began learning of upper class life. Her primary goal was to be sent to academy to gain a proper civilized education for later use. After studying intensely despite not always seeing the point of classes such as Art, Philosophy, or Religion, she developed an appreciation for Physical Education, Sciences, and History.
  11.
  12. Once again after a full four years Et-Tikch'a was now 8 years old and could still make use of the current suit, but it was growing quite constrained. Now an adult Redi-Kreen with experience from life at poor, middle-class, and rich financial situations, she believed it was time to begin settling on a permanent identity. She was able to gain a suit from a woman, and spent approximately another 6 years in Saustinum as an average member of society under the name Vassilia Karas. She knows an innkeeper that runs a place called 'The Twilight Steppe' who owes her a favor for continuously clearing his basement of giant rats, which Et-Tikch'a actually ate for her regular meals. The innkeep doesn't know of her Redi-Kreen identity, but never asked questions on where the rat corpses went.
  13.
  14. After securing various connections, 'friends', and a mostly unused home near the city's border she decided a new lifestyle to experience would be interesting. With her current level of understanding of society she was confident in her ability to maintain her mask, but desired to continue learning of the civilized world. Thus, she journeyed towards Greyrock at the age of 14, seeking to join an adventuring party to experience wilderness life as one of them instead of as an animal.
  15.
  16. Other Stupid Notes I Keep
  17. Orcs, Elves, and Dwarves all hate each other. Everyone has a mutual dislike for humans, but not quite hate. And everyone adores halflings, because they're smol.

  30. Captain Celia is fervently helping the Black Guard (Robed kidnapping Archcleric killing black blood dudes). The Black Guard had a cipher'd note similar to Myazou's, linking them via having the same goddamn cancer code I hate ciphers. This links Celia to Myazou as well.
  31. Problems with assault - Medicine, Dissent among ranks, Assassin, Trade Deal
  32. Inquisitor Telawyr is investigating the possibility of a 13th Divine, might be the Prime Undoer (Vass heard this name from Mr. Greater Displacer Beast). This is apparently heresy and super bad news for the Church oh no. She mentioned small run-ins with undead near Mithlonde, and attacks on Lurtzog and ruins of Naledzir (Only specified undead in relation to Mithlonde). Also she's about to get diddled by the Tiefling and Usagi how lewd.
  33. The Sanctum of Annihilation used to be a Beholder cult lair, and the skelegarangutangs are related to it.
  34. Cadence might have gotten charmed into obedience to Acolyte Myazou, the 13th Divine might be Zadakiel, the beginning, and the end. Also apparently the most powerful Divine and got cast down by his siblings who desired his power.
  35. Captain Celia of The Watch (Town Guards) is working with Myazou. She has some dude named Harbinger Nabael helping her with explaining shit. Nabael has a hissy snake spoopy voice how scary.
  36. We helped Lord Thainan and Lord Caranthon with a trade deal, idk if that's the correct name spelling.
  37. Guardsman Anthol might know about the dissent. He left not too long ago around the time of the Celia interrogation to perform the market patrol.
  38. Herald of the Reckoning Vilyuun believes we have a greater fate in store and that our power could sway the reckoning in one way or another. He is also the most powerful magician alive.
  39. Guildmaster and Wynna were kidnapped because they might have info on how to get us more easily.
  40. Prince Eladras is Zadakiel's Messiah. He's the Prince of the Unending Dusk. He used to be an Archmage centuries ago.

  90. "Very well. Remember; when picking verdant nettle, touch the stem, not the leaf; bloodleaf will poison you on contact, so use thick gloves; and wrackwort has an aura that might discourage you from picking it - ignore it and continue."
  91.
  92. Larine Stuff
  93. She's Larine of House Kandros in Saustinum; it's not too well-known, but most of her family is there. The rest, she can't answer.
  94. She seems kind of disinclined to answer questions, given you just... killed her husband and kid and pet not-varren, but after a while, you manage to get some sort of impression from her - she seems like a fairly adventurous sort, takes risks and stuff.
  95. Looks like this is one risk too many.
  96. She doesn't know what the not-varren is, her husband won it off a stranger he met down the pub.
  97. They're a minor noble house in Saustinum, allegedly descendants of the first humans in Asharis.
  98.
  99. Wynna Stuff
  100. An energetic and enthusiastic girl (Aasimar?), she's very touchy-feely. Believes in her friends almost to the point of absurdity. Despite being a huggyish sorta person she tries to maintain politeness, probably from her nature as a person or dignity she has to maintain as the Initiate of the Temple of the Guardian. She knows quite a lot of customers at the Inn, including Raffolk, Ethert, and can recognize Guardsman Helburt through his helmet. She's also on first name basis with Innkeep Ervirie and Commoner-Kun aka Geoffrey, probably one of few people who call him by name at the inn? She's the Initiate of the Temple of the Guardian, and the priestess is out right now so she's in charge of it while she's gone. The acolytes help her sometimes, assumedly they're lower on the totem pole than her. She's a bit timid and scared of spooky stuff, most notably the spooky stuff that happens in the Temple at night, missing bodies and cut up corpses. Her friends are the Male Halfling Engrin and Female Elf Mage Maredhel. They seem to keep to themselves, and get uncomfortable whenever Wynna touches them, she probably hugs them all the time or something.
  101.
  102. Stuff I Know OOC but not IC
  103. nothing rn nice
  104.
  105. SO THE ENTIRE MEME PLAN OF VILLAINS IN GREYROCK:
  106. The Aarakocra is 'The Messenger of the Coming Storm, Prince Eladras' Finest Assassin' what a long ass title. The Champion will be arriving at the Temple to sacrifice the entire city of Greyrock, while the Messenger keeps any memers from disturbing it. The goal of all this is to resurrect the Dragon (the stolen skeleton one from the guild hall) and have Sorventh the Champion descend upon the city to commence the Unending Dusk. The cult is also one of those annoying ass 'die in the service of our deity to become one with him' type nerds so they're not afraid of suicide attacks dangit.
