  16. Note: The nutritional value of each ingredient may vary slightly depending on what brand you use, but it will be roughly the same no matter what. If its too thick for you, add some more milk. You can replace the Vegetable Oil with any other kind of cooking oil, Coconut is a good replacement. You can replace a lot of these ingredients with other things to change the flavor to your liking. I choose to make the peanut butter / banana not only because I like the taste of it, but because peanut butter is the perfect bulking food. I'ts extremely dense and has plenty of all three macro-nutrients. And why not add a banana to the mix? A banana a day keeps the doctor away! Oh, also you could definitely add Kale to this. Kale is great for getting in nutrients that you normally wouldn't get, its also nearly tasteless. Spinach is a good alternative to that as well. Just experiment and see what you like.
