also the overall route changed from goron to to the end of the game:
[11:27 PM] spades: the AD route had some pretty big changes today
[11:27 PM] spades: normal until you get the 3x potions from the old man in goron city
[11:27 PM] spades: then teleport to foothills stable
[11:28 PM] spades: go to zora and do ruta with 3 gales
[11:28 PM] spades: teleport to the shrine where you go save yunobo
[11:28 PM] spades: dont use urbosa, youll have damage food still active from waterblight, do 2x arrow shots to kill the moblins
[11:28 PM] spades: do escort as normal, 1 gale rudania route
[11:29 PM] spades: pop food at the start of fireblight
[11:29 PM] spades: youll take damage but mipha is bae so its okay
[11:29 PM] spades: at the start of phase to drink your last fire tonic
[11:29 PM] spades: and you can do the 1 cycle phase 2 without damage food
[11:30 PM] spades: then you can do a 2 gale route to ganon
[11:30 PM] spades: you only have 2 urbosas for ganon, so you need to stunlock
you need to do a specific fireblight strat if you dont use stamina, because your weapon will break too fast if you dont have food buff
