  1. Plans for site:
  2. ———
  3.
  4. -We wanna give the quote boxes a sticky note texture (maybe), and give the page a more “journal” feel with weathered paper that isn’t as pronounced as to take away from the text.
  5.
  6. -We want to add icons to the nav.
  7.
  8. -We want to keep functionality.
  9.
  10.
  11. General Lore:
  12. ————
  13.
  14. - We wanted to change the threat levels to something more coherent, and Eon had problems with the old one. Here is what we agreed upon: there needs to be a bigger disparity between colors, the old system did not account for the individual characteristics of aberrants ->
  15.
  16. “What If an aberrant has just killed one guy, but has the ability to raze a whole town?” - Eon
  17.
  18. - We want to avoid power levels.
  19.
  20. - Outfit experience when it comes to reds and blacks matter in Eon’s system.
  21.
  22. - We outlined the threats more to not allow for godlike beings.
  23.
  24. - We established that the Bureau is our answer to aberrants that are costly to contain.
  25.
  26. - We established “The Great Circle.”
  27.
  28. “The Great Circle are several Warders from different parts of the world (in case we decide to open up the locations TWS operates on) that have demonstrated incredible feats of badassery on the field, and have contributed countless hours of experience that have been passed amongst many other warders. When a Warder demonstrates he's worhty of joining the Circle, he's made to chose a name that will identify him for the rest of his life. Every warder chooses a name that fits their abilities and overall personality better, or something that inspires them and others to risk their lives for the safety of humanity.” - Eon
  29.
  30. - Being a part of the circle is a position almost every Warder looks up to. They ARE the HQs.
  31.
  32. - Being part of the circle has downsides. You don’t have a choice in whether you join.
  33.
  34. - Black evergreen time, boys. Sonk just made the great circle literally strapped to a circle to contain something powerful and that can kill humanity or do a lot of damage apparently. He also mentions that the warders who get to contain it are part of the circle and use their (spirit power?) to stop it from doing shit. They don’t have fun doing it, and they STILL have to do paperwork. Torture. It is the literal power cap. There is nothing more powerful than this aberrant.
  35.
  36. - They maybe sit in a circle having their essence sucked out to feed the aberrant. The aberrant they contain is the power cap. We didn’t really confirm this, but I suggested that the aberrant stirs aberrants around America or the world into action when it is at unrest.
  37.
  38. Licensing:
  39. ———
  40.
  41. - We decided on this: CC-SA 3.0
  42.
  43. - No ads
  44.
  45. - People can delete articles when they want
  46.
  47. - If the original author deleted their work we maybe let the logs of their contributors exist as their own tales to inspire hopefully a new article as good as the old one.
  48.
  49. “Allright, so it seems like to recap, we let authors enforce their own licenses, but we don't outright say it.” - Sonk
  50.
  51. Terminology:
  52. ————
  53.
  54. - Metaphs are non-human forces which are destroyed through rituals or are tied to something which gives them a weakness. These are usually religious entities like Greek gods and Gabriel and his angels. These also encompass demons and malicious spirits which aren’t human, too.
  55.
  56. - Artifacts are true objects which are physical and do weird shit unlike metaphs.
  57.
  58. - Specters are ghosts of human origin which sets them apart from metaphs in that sense. How they are stopped and what they do is up to interpretation.
  59.
  60. Plans for the future:
  61. ——-
  62.
  63. - Complete nav
  64.
  65. - Introductory pages with links on the homepage
  66.
  67. - Make forums
  68.
  69. - Make Sandbox category and set permissions for those
  70.
  71. - Make tabs for introduction to lore and set origin for the WW
  72.
  73. - it’s /x/ time, baby
  74.
  75. Accepting new articles and members:
  76. ——-
  77.
  78. - Nothing to change about members joining. Join through the join button. Blamo.
  79.
  80. - Reviewers review sandbox articles then give the authors the go ahead to have the community decide whether it stays or not. The article has two weeks to stay positive and either at or above ten.
  81.
  82. - For now since our community is small the only requirement for being mainlist is having your article be a positive digit. That’s all.
  83.
  84. Relations with other communities:
  85. ———
  86.
  87. - We’re alone. I think I hear something. Oh no. It’s RPC and SCP run away! They’re out to get us!
  88.
  89. - Don’t cause drama with other sites.
