[13:57] <Saia> As you seperate from the others as they go talk with Clyne, you find yourself standing at the door across the hall. You've never really had a reason to be there before, but now Tom is inside that room with his new team.
[13:58] * ~Ashlynn hesitates for a moment, and knocks
[13:59] <Saia> You hear an unfamiliar male voice call out, "Hold on, I gotsh eet."
[14:03] * ~Ashlynn waits
[14:04] <Saia> The person who opens the door however is petite girl a few inches shorter than you. On the floor behind her you can see the draconic on the ground trying to get up on unsteady legs. Both their faces are red and the smell of alcohol permiates in the room. The girl looks up at you with a bit of irritation, "Whaddaya want?"
[14:04] <~Ashlynn> "..U-uhm, T-Tom's here, right? C-Can I talk to him?"
[14:04] <Saia> Her voice, is different from the one that called out, but still oddly familiar.
[14:07] <Saia> She turns and yells, "Taam! Some girl's here ta see ya. Hurry up so we can continya the Team meetin."

[14:09] <Saia> With that she goes to help the draconic off the floor, and soon Tom replaces her at the doorway, some bandages still covering his neck. "Who is i- oh hey Ashlynn! How did your team's test go?"

[14:11] <~Ashlynn> "LeAnn was a bit upset that CLyne lied about the other team though."
[14:11] <Saia> He frowns remembering the announcement from the morning, "Yeah.....I can understand that."

[14:12] <~Ashlynn> "....better... she's going with May to talk to CLyne about it..."

[14:19] <Saia> The two of you walk in relative silence as you make your way up the stairs to the roof. The still cloudless sky is amass with countless stars as far as the eye can see. The light of the full moon shines down with enough brightness to see normally. The fence surrounding the roof's perimeter casts a grid like shadow that splays across the ground. [14:27] <Saia> "I asked Clyne about it already.....he said that now that Lyall has dropped her role as a prospect, I need to even out the teams....You saying something probably wouldn't have mattered. B-but hey I mean a-at least I have a team now right?"
[14:27] <~Ashlynn> "Y-yeah... honestly... it was probably planne dlike this."
[14:27] <Saia> Tom's voice begins to choke up near the end his eyes now red and watery, "A-Ash.....there's something else."
[14:27] <~Ashlynn> "W-what is it?"
[14:29] <Saia> "The reason Team 1 is gone.....it's because they had their final exam already. They passed and are being sent out on their initiation journey......My team's test is tomorrow morning."

[14:30] * ~Ashlynn is silent and just sort of... sit's there
[14:31] <Saia> "The journey is required to last for 2 years.....So this might be the last time we see each other for a while.....Ash I'm so sorry"

[14:32] <Saia> At this point Tom's face is streaming with tears.
[14:32] * ~Ashlynn takes a breath and looks up at Tom, her face... not quite what he's used to.
[14:32] <~Ashlynn> she's not meek, nor is she really sad or anything, no shyness at all

[14:33] <~Ashlynn> her eye's are firm and the corner of her eye's twitch a bit

[14:33] * ~Ashlynn turns around and begins to march away

[14:37] <~Ashlynn> "Because of that, you spent the entire time without a team,a nd just before your final test, you get forced into a group with people you don't even want to be with!"
[14:37] <Saia> "Ash....That doesn't matter.....You know it doesn't....Team 2 needs a member. They need someone to make sure that they aren't a weaker group out in the world.....They could die."
[14:38] <~Ashlynn> "Than that's not your fault, it's Clynes!
[14:38] <~Ashlynn> "He shouldn't have done this!, it was stupid, and absolutly horrible!"
[14:39] <~Ashlynn> "If he didnt want that to happen he should have come up with a better plan!"
[14:39] <Saia> "The reason I wanted to join the guild was to protect others and to be able to send money back to my family....This way, I guess I can always be doing that."

[14:42] <Saia> Tom's face becomes more resolute, "Ash, I've made up my mind during the fight tonight. They've got a bad habit of rushing in and from what I've seen, they need a moral center for the group. Until the initiation journey is over, I'm going to stay with them."
