Race is culture

The 3 Laws of Behavioral Genetics alone show that culture must be partly genetic. If all traits are heritable, and as turkheimer and pinker say, this extends to political dispositions then this predisposition extends to the attitudes and values that make up culture when held and reinforced by a group of people who coevolved with you. There will be outliers but they will be small and need to conform to the wide social messaging to some degree.

Even admitting iq differences are partly genetic suggest this will affect cultural attitudes and makes it impossible to argue that only the parts of the brain affecting iq are different among groups. That is no different to thinking evolution stopped at the neck.

Even more undeniable when we see culture affect genes.
Each culture selects for something. Depending on what is the best way to have the most surviving kids, the traits associated with that will be more represented in the next generation while others are lost or lessened to drift.
