  6. Belarusian president Lukashenko is saber rattling and ordering a snap inspection of Belarusian nuclear-capable units.

  8. A former RU soldier fled into Poland from Belarus.

  10. Romania will consider sending one of its 4 allocated Patriot systems to UA, noting it has the longest EU border.

  13. Kyiv/Central Ukraine:

  15. RU launched a significant strike on UA with shaheds and missiles, targeting energy infrastructure in Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia. UA intercepted 39/55 missiles and 20/21 drones.

  17. Infrastructure to the E Kyiv suburb of Brovary was damaged.

  19. UA energy supplier Ukrenergo will limit commercial power from 6 to 11 PM, with potential residential blackouts if power infrastructure cannot keep up with load.

  23. UA allegedly foiled a planned FSB assassination attempt on Zelensky, Budanov, and SBU chief Vasyl Maliuk. The alleged plan, involving 2 members of the UA security services, would have involved a missile strike on a target followed by local FPV drone strikes on key individuals, and then a secondary large missile strike to obfuscate evidence.

  25. UA downplayed the significance of recent RU nuclear saber rattling, as RU threatened nuclear exercises in the "Southern Military District" which includes occupied UA territory.

  27. Zelensky issued a draft law creating a seperate military department of "Unmanned Systems Force" to manage air, sea, and ground drones.

  29. To date some 510 UA medical institutions have been completely repaired, and another 355 partially repaired since the war began. Some 1600 have been damaged and 210 completely destroyed.

  38. Following analysis of some 21/50 DPRK ballistic missiles used to attack NE Ukraine over the last 6 months, about 50% apparently detonated early in the air after losing their programmed trajectories.

  40. Kharkiv oblast leaders rejected any fears of RU attacking Kharkiv and forcing an forcing an evacuation. They did note that RU has assembled more troops to the N of Kharkiv along the border, but the overall # of RU troops remains constant as rotations occur rather then a true amassing of forces.

  59. UA is focused on impeding RU assaults into E Chasiv Yar, where RU is trying to make progress in the forest belts to the NE and SE. Currently UA is taking the advantage in elevation to strike at the RU troops and prevent them from taking large buildings in the Kanal district.

  61. UA troops to the SW of Bakhmut near Krasnohorivka apparently keep utilizing drone strikes into and around Bakhmut, hitting a TOS-1 thermobaric launcher.

  63. RU continues to heavily shell the E edge of Chasiv yar with all kinds of missiles and rockets, and UA recon footage shows the plight of civilians still living among the rubble and seeking out water and food, as some 680 people remain and refuse to be evacuated.

  65. RU struck the Slovyansk coal power plant with 5 missiles, one of the main power plants in E UA. Due to its proximity to the front, UA is unable to depend on the site for power.

  72. RU continues to focus on this area, launching some 27 assaults to the W of Avdiivka. The front lines do not appear to have materially changed in the last 24 hours, as RU continues efforts to push NW of the city via Arkangheleske.

  74. UA Bradleys were observed engaging targets around Ocheretyne.

  76. Additional recent drone footage confirmed significant RU armored losses W of Tonenke earlier this month.

  83. RU launched 11 assaults to the NW and SW of Marinka. RU has pushed further into Krasnohorivka from the E, aided by heavy MLRS strikes.

  85. RU reportedly managed to break through into an industrial plant in S Krasnohorivka, but were reportedly cut off from reinforcement by UA artillery fire.

  90. Zaporizhia/Southern Axis:

  92. RU launched 6 assaults towards Staromaiorske and Robotyne. RU launched 402 attacks on 11 settlements, 179x with drones and 213x with artillery.

  99. UA has increased its drone strikes in the SW Kherson/Kinburn peninsula area, as skirmishes continue in the western delta opening into the black sea.

  101. RU has allegedly mandated that occupied Kherson will need to increase recruitment by 10%, and has increased the level of repression on non-RU passport holders. Specifically, its functionally impossible to get medical care, pensions, humanitarian aid, employment, or enroll children in school without accepting an RU passport.

  110. Reportedly RU is no longer using the Kerch bridge to transport weaponry and equipment, and has fully shifted to utilizing the recently completed rail lines in S Ukraine from Rostov.

  112. RU helicopter footage seems to indicate that UA Magura V5 USV in the black sea are carrying R-73 A2A missiles and fired one at a helicopter, which missed. These rockets are fairly short range as they're intended to be fired from aircraft.

  114. RU is deploying additional FSB units into Crimea to suppress resistance activities locating RU positions for strikes, and has increased interrogation and phone seizure activities.
