Dear Ambassador,

I would like to inform you about the change of the time of our flight departure on 28th September. Due to deliberations in the National Assembly with the participation of Minister Petkova we had to change departure for 16.30h.

Regarding the Plenary session of the Joint Commission, we would like to have the following representatives on the front row at the table:
1. Minister Petkova,
2. Minister Loukarsky,
3. Ambassador Hristova,
4. Deputy Minister of economy Petrov,
5. Deputy Minister of education and sience Kiriakov,
6. Deputy Minister of agriculture and food Grudev,
7. Head of Cabinet of the Minister of energy Nediyalkova,
8. Executive Director the Agency for promotion of SME's Zaharieva,
9. Executive Director of the Bulgarian food safety agency Iliev,
10. Translator Vladimir Berner.

If there is space depending on meeting hall facilities, there are 10more people that we prefer for front first raw:

Dear Madam Director and colleagues,



Please find enclosed a draft program of the upcoming Economic Commission
session to be held in Baku on 29-30 September 2016.



Kindly note that as per request of the Bulgarian partners, meetings with
SOCAR President and deputy minister of education of Azerbaijan have been
officially requested.



These meetings will be scheduled as we approach the date of the Commission.



Also, on September 29 an experts' meeting will be held before the official
opening of the Commission session to finalize the draft protocol.



During the official session statements by the co-chairmen and several
official members of both delegations are envisaged.
