- B-Rank Anti-Army Noble Phantasm. The legendary leather bag given to Odysseus by Aeolus, the lord of winds, containing the world's ill wind. As long as it remained sealed properly, Odysseus was visited only by favorable winds and steered towards his home.
- Once this Noble Phantasm has been activated, the wind which surges forth from it cannot be stopped or sealed up. However, its user can control the wind with remarkable finesse, whether to assault the foe with a tempestuous gale or to steer the course of a projectile in midair.
