Backtrack 5 on Windows by Sumo

Download vmware for windows (link below)

instal it and type in this key so you get full version

Download backtrack
http://www.backtrack-linux.org/downloads/ (make sure you hit 32 bit and download the gnome iso)

after that open vmware and hit new virutal machine.
hit next on first page of install.
click installer disc image file (ISO) and browse for your bt5 gnome iso
and hit install the os later
then hit next
click linux and select other 2.6.x kernel
click next
name the machine Backtrack 5
hit next
hit store disk into single file
hit next
customize hardware
remove floppy
add about 2000 mb to it and make sure for network you choose NAT
hit finish
hit the green play button
when boot screen appears click into vmware and hit enter and wait
then choose default boot (top)
wait a while
type in startx when the screen appears and hit enter
